Empire Beauty — Local services in Country Club Hills

Store is well lit, spacious and neat. Tidy enough. I was greeted upon entering.👏🏽No weird vibes…They didn’t have the product I was looking for so I left without a purchase and was stared at as I was leaving, a simple, bye have a nice day or thanks for stopping in, would have been a nice touch.

I would probably return for other items one day; hopefully,they will step up the customer service just a notch! When I asked for help the staff was helpful, I think they may be trying to let people shop in peace but it’s also ok to ask if we need help and let us know you’re there if we need it, at least once but that’s just my opinion.

Small tweak like that could easily make it the best option in the area because I went to 4 other stores and they weren’t even tidy and smelled so bad I almost ran out of the store.
