Walked in with a smile on our faces and walked out bothered and immediately disappointed. Smelled like cat urine inside the place but we are huge bubble tea fans so we chose to ignore that; the 2 staff members did not greet even when I smiled and said hello. Still I continued to order AND give a tip. Got our drinks and I said thank you and nothing, not even a smile on the purple-haired girl's face, which is surprising because people in Langley have been pretty welcoming. (Right before we walked in she was in the parking lot smiling and chatting with another girl.) We walked out and started drinking our drinks: Classic milk tea - almost no tea flavor but could taste the soy milk. Not sweet. Thai tea didn't taste like Thai tea. Never knew Thai tea could be made without condensed milk or half and half. The butterfly drink tastes like "leftover milk from lucky charms cereal", according to my daughter.
