Went there to celebrate a birthday, we were at least 15 adults ordering appetizers, dinner, desserts, and a lot of wine among other drinks, no complaints about the food and the service was fine, but by the time we finished our meals and ordered another round of drinks, the waiter asked us to get up and allow them to clear the area because they need to set up a dance floor, we did not have a problem with that and found our seat on other chairs they arranged around the dance floor, then they told us to leave those chairs because they were reserved, by now we are confused because all our party is standing around and nobody else is there yet to take the "reserved" seats (by the way, at this time, we haven'tt got our drinks yet ) A nice worker invited my mother and another lady in our group to seat on some kind of couches until we find what to do, then a very rude manager (a woman) comes and says "you have to move from there too". It was embarrassing the way this people treated our party, I mean we were consuming a lot, it was a good business for them and we choose this place by the way they advertise it "Fine Dinning Restaurant", if we would know that the managers consider more important their business as a night club it's ok, but they shouldn't open the doors to people that are looking for something more sophisticated. P.S. The drinks we ordered came when the bill was paid and we decided to move to a real restaurant where the staff would be more...
Read moreIt was my first time at 3Vinos and for the most part my experience was positive! However, and unfortunately, at the end of the night I experienced I very disappointing encounter with 2 of the bartenders! As I attempted to close out my tab, neither of them could remember servicing me tonight and they couldn’t find my card! Finally they found it but they were both very callus and rude about it. Justin was the initial bartender that serviced me when I arrived at the bar. He was initially very friendly and professional but at the end he couldn’t even remember me and he developed a very inappropriate attitude! I informed him that I would not be leaving him a tip because of his inappropriate behavior and he immediately became confrontational and raised his voice at me! I asked him to not do that as it was inappropriate and unprofessional but both he and a female bartender began laughing at me and acting so unprofessional and ghetto, Fortunately their supervisor, Jeri, witnessed the entire interaction and their unprofessional behavior. Jeri was very nice, apologetic and promised me she would be speaking with Justin and the female bartender about their unprofessional behavior. I was very disappointed and disgusted at Justin’s blatant disregard for professionalism even in front of Jeri! This is NOT how customers...
Read moreHorrible club, they have security that touches female customers, beware ladies. I went with some friends when we got to the door the security searched my purse and told my male friend he had to tuck in his shirt we steeped to the side my friend fixed his shirt and I processed to enter the club the security was checking someone else but turned all fast and pulled me by grabbing my wrist hard! I have never ever been touched so aggressively ever in my life. I was scared, I didn’t feel I did anything wrong, and why was this man even touching me. He gave me the ugliest attitude and told me I had to wait! I asked him why? You checked my ID and my purse, he had no answer and just had other people go in front of us just because he felt like it. Power hungry Rude security! I don't go out often but when I do I like to have some drinks and have a good time that mans attitude killed my night. I refuse to ever go back and spend my hard earned money here. I would not recommend this place to any one. Please save your money and go somewhere else. A customer should never be touched, a security is there to secure the well being of the customers not to hurt innocent customer contributing to the establishment. Thai happed two weeks ago and I still can't believe I was...
