THIS PLACE....WOW. if i could give it a ZERO i would. Order 24 Krystal's w/cheese and no onions with a chili cheese fry. Total $41 and some change. Simple enough, right? WRONG!!! After sitting outside waiting for over 15 minutes they bring out the first order. It was 24 Krystal's no cheese and all the onions in the building. COMPLETELY WRONG! So because i tore a ligament in my ankle my wife has to take that order back inside and wait another 15 minutes for them to completely screw it up again. They brought the second set and again forgot the cheese that they charge an arm and a leg for. So at this point we have lost all hope they are going to get it right. My wife asked for a refund and got back $28 of the $41 we spent. When she got back to the truck she handed me the money and i looked at it and realized it was $13 short. So now, i had to get out of the truck, get my cruches and hobble into this supposedly fast food restaurant. I ask for the manager and she comes to the front and stairs at me. I'm like I need the rest of my money. She asks for the receipt and I told her they didn't give it to me at the window. So ten minutes later after repeating what I ordered I finally got the refund. But get this. I told them several times it was $41 and some change. She ended up giving me back $43 and some change. So I dropped the $2 extra back on the counter and left. I pulled to the drive-thru for my mobile order pickup as the app said to go through the drive-thru abruptly and with a harsh home they told me to go inside with no explanation. Upon entering the entire facility was dirty, floors were dirty, countertops run clean and the kitchen was the dirtiest of all, the counter. Had lots of old receipts and a few boxes just lying there. I then asked why I had to go inside and they said all mobile orders have to be picked up inside, and throughout this entire experience the all of the staff were borderline rude and they were also arguing with each other loudly door. Other guests were staring at the kitchen while trying to enjoy their meals. Then they told me they were out of chicks which I paid extra for and then they also told me they were out of fries which were also on my order. I asked if they could just remove those items for my order so I'm not charged for them and they said no. I asked to speak to the manager and after about 10 minutes of waiting wall the staff were still yelling at each other. I just walked out. Never going back to this crystal. Read moreTerrible attitudes, store not busy at all yet I was told 10 min for 12 krystals at 9:30 pm. 1 car in front of me waited behind them for about 8 min. That car pulled off quite upset without taking anything with them. As I gt to the window I am told it will still be 10 min before my order is ready and they asked me to pay. I then asked why is it going to still be 10 min when I'd been sitting in the drive thru behind this other cat for 8min. So shouldn't I only have to wait 2 more minutes? And that I I'll wait to pay since it seemed my total wait time is doubling. SONYA SMITH THEN COMES TO THE WINDOW TELLING ME THINGS DONT WORK LIKE THAT.
