I stopped at this location tonight at 930 or 950 pm and was disappointed again. I waited in drive thru for approx 15 min before my order was taken and only my vehicle and the car in front of me were the only two there . I then got to order my food and to be told they are out of popcorn shrimp for a fourth time. For the 2 times I came for the popcorn shrimp during the promotions they have been running the butterfly shrimp and chicken strips special and the popcorn shrimp special they both seem to be out all the time over the last two months. Not only that but out of napkins , cups for drink , drink tops for the beverage, condiments, straws. Its always something. Then the young lady tonight had the nerve to be rude to me from my comment regarding being out a stuff waving at me. Thru the drive thru window in a nasty gesture manner of basically saying "oh well bye if you not buying nothing" instead of offering other foods for sale or promotion, just plain rude. I ask that someone in charge respond from Corporate to this review. The Employees and Staff are a product of what you make this establishment and how well it runs in selling its goods and services. When you have a few bad apples in the bunch it spoils the entire bag. Weed out the Employees that are on the brink of making a bad name for this location and only to loose business because of Number #1. poor custom service not having enough product when running a promotion ensuring that there's enoufgh product until your next food delivery. Customer wait times at drive thru and the dining area . Keepi g a clean environment inside the store of GOOD HOUSE KEEPING, OF A CLEAN STORE INCLUDING THE BATHROOMS. AND. THE KITCHEN WERE CUSTOMERS OBSERVE FOOD BEING. PREPARED AND FIXED FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES. AS I WAS TOLD WHEN WORKING IN FOOD SRRVICE. ! Read moreI really would love to give this location five stars because there are two managers there that are absolutely the best! The reason I gave three stars is because the cook with dreads has either denied my purchase because he did not want to cook me 8 spicy thighs (they didn't have any already cooked, this is the norm but that's okay) or when the managers are there and they have him make me the 8 spicy thighs, he selects the smallest thighs that he can find and I get all 8 very small thighs. This last time I patiently waited for the chicken to be cooked, I never complain because I appreciate that it's cooked fresh; however he cooked exactly 8, as he was aggressively dumping them into the box one fell on the floor so he gave me one that had been sitting there for the whole 25 minutes that I had been waiting on him to cook my 8 fresh. To my surprise, the one that he gave me that had been sitting there was double the size of the ones that he fried fresh for me, no it was not a breast I can tell the difference between white and dark meat. If you don't like your job and you don't like dealing with customers, find a different occupation. Simple.
Also saw the trainee cashier fix a 3 piece thigh for a customer with his bare naked hand because he couldn't find the tongs hanging at the end of the heating counter/station (the customer didn't order a three-piece thigh, he ordered a three-piece wing). I'm really not sure why anybody would think that this is sanitary. The cashier training him said something to him about him fixing the food with his bare hand and his response was nobody can see him. He thought nobody could see him because his back was turned but I was at an angle, no telling what's done when nobody really is...

But the last few times were horrifying.one of the last times I had a pretty simple order and when I got to the window I was asked to pull into a parking spot to wait on the food I sat there for over 20 minutes. And when I notify someone that I was still waiting they didn't know at all what I ordered as if they completely forgot about me. But of course they didn't forget to collect the money. the manager George came outside his appearance was quite unprofessional as well as his service he said that they were running out of everything and that the next time I came he got me and to just give them his name. fast forward the next time I came I ordered at the speaker got to the window and inform the black lady manager kind of short in description) that I was owed a meal and that I would be paying for the rest of my order.
