Had to take the time to write this as theyâre not in Yelp for some reason. This is the worst fast food restaurant Iâve ever visited in my life. The staff will stare you down. Let me begin with my last experience. The monitor is blinking and you wait 8.5 minutes for her to take your order. Girl at first window wonât stand up to take your card. Says nothing. Gives deathly stare. Second window thereâs a 9 minute wait. The girl there hand me three giant soft drinks (not my order) and a bag filled with nuggets onlyâalmost creepy. I was charged 19 dollars and didnât order any nuggets. ???? I give her back the bag. She stares at me in the worst way lol. There is no one else in line. I tell her I ordered a quarter pounder, large fries, a medium diet drink, three milks, a cinnamon roll and she turns to tell the other girl, âyo,whatever you makinâ be wrongâ neither say a thing to me. She returns with more wrong food. I repeat my order, she slowly shuts window almost sleepily. 12 minutes pass. We realize no one is in line behind us. No one local comes here anymore. It is consistently the worst experience. In fact, Iâve never experienced a dead Mc Donaldâs in my life. Itâs a McDonalds. Theyâre always busy. Theyâre successful world wide lol. Anyhow, She finally returns with my order. I ask her what the price difference was and she says, âshe donât knowâ. Yes she, not I. Sheâs speaking for someone else she knows is helpless. I ask for the price adjustment or a receipt. I no longer care about the time because Iâm curious lol. She says she canât fix that. I assume that Iâm supposed to drive away. I tell her I need a receipt. Closes window. Minutes later, a very very angry lady slooooowwwwwwly shuffles over, refuses to make eye contact or say anything to me. I put my hand out and she gives me back 9 dollars and some change. (I paid with my card) ???? I wait for an explanation but she wonât even look up. No receipt. I finally ask what the cash is for. âThis your right price.â No idea what this means. It canât be. No idea how a quarter pounder, large fries, three milks, a soft drink, and a cinnamon roll can possibly only cost less than 10 dollars. Say what? How this business is still thriving is beyond my understanding. Itâs the only time Iâve ever sat at a fast food place longer than a fine dining establishment haha. Really awful. I only stopped here because itâs close to the nursing home I was visiting and completely empty. I promised an resident a cinnamon roll and some fries. They all live milk lol. It was 5:30pm, I think. Everything else nearby was completely packed. It was just renovated so I assumed it was in working order. The screen and order area was so funny. Blinking so much you canât see the screen for longer than a few seconds at a time. Brand new too. Weird. I really hope that whoever owns this business sees this. Iâm sure you care to know how awful the employees were running it. So so bad. The worst. Lastly, once at the nursing home I realized there are no napkins, no fork, no straws âŠ. I just laughed. I took the time to type all of this out so that the next person wouldnât be stared at like they were in a food line at a maximum security prison. This isnât my first time here but the nurses at the home all told me their stories of this location. It seems to be know of as the worst for some time.    Read moreOne good thing to say about this place is that the bathrooms were clean. That's it. Me and my family arrive at this place after like 3 hours of driving. It's a small place with not many people inside. We order at the kiosk. First red flag, kiosk doesn't give a receipt. We then begin to wait for our meal. As we are waiting we notice that the employees basically aren't working. Nobody cared. Then this guy comes in saying that he had been waiting for 20 minutes and they hadn't gotten him his order (I think he had ordered on the app and was picking it up or he came from the drive through). An employee comes to the counter and looks at the guy's phone. He yells back the order to the kitchen and goes into the back to do God knows what. That was the second red flag. There was another family in the place with us. We started talking and they said they had been waiting like 30 minutes before we got there. Third red flag. We continued waiting. Also, they kept taking drive through orders the entire time we were there. The employees told us that they were short staffed as an excuse to why everything was taking so long. At no point did they stop the drive through to finish orders that were already placed. That was the FOURTH red flag. At this point the other family said they had 55 minutes added to their drive to the beach. Another thing, one of the employees was dealing with getting orders to people waiting in their cars. This guy was walking so slow through the parking lot. And he didn't even know what car the order belonged to. That was the FIFTH red flag. At that point we decided to get a refund and leave. The refund process also took forever. The other family that was there before us was still waiting for their meal. As we get our refund an employee comes out and tells the other family that they were out of burritos. They waited for close to an hour to be told that they wouldn't get what they ordered. They also decided to get a refund. As this entire thing is going down there were multiple other families that came in to try and get food. Pathetic, dirty, nasty, poor customer service, managers don't care either.
I ordered a #2 combo, quarter pounder with cheese meal, plain, cheese only and a large coke.
The order, after 15 minutes in the drive through was correct, but the burger was so cold, the cheese was not even melted.
Now McDonalds is advertising the NEW, HOT, FRESHLY COOKED Quarter Pounder, MADE TO ORDER.
They should educate the idiots that work there as to what that actually means.
I mean a cold burger and fries were stale. I said well, for $7.83 I'll go back through the drive through to have it corrected.
Another 10 minutes, after asking for the manager, because having an intelligent conversation with anyone else is fruitless, he takes my order bag and receipt, without even letting me FINISH why the burger was brought back and gives me my new order, neglecting to even READ the receipt.
So at this point, I leave the drive through, they did'nt change out the fries and the burger was completely dressed.
Amazing, so I park my car, go inside and ask for the same manager who says what's wrong now, I said you gave me a fresh burger, but the wrong one, if you had read my receipt and actually listened to me, but NO, actively listening is NOT a skill at McDonalds.
I said, well I've been here over 25 minutes, just give me a refund, to which he gave me my cash back.
Obviously they have issues. Accidents happen, but they know nothing about customer service and think if you are complaining about something its automatically racism or white privilege.
