By far the worst starbucks I've ever encountered. When they first opened I thought it's ok their new and still getting the hang of everything..well it's been a few years now & nothing has changed. They are the SLOWEST baristas imaginable. It doesn't matter if there's only one person in line in front of you, they will find a way to make you wait 30 minutes. This morning I attempted to go thru the drive thru at 6:37, they open at 6. I sat there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order before deciding to drive to the window after seeing a few cars pull behind me. When I got to the window there were 2 baristas I could see and neither one would acknowledge me. Eventually another woman opened the window and asked if I needed something. I told her I was waiting to be served but no one acknowledged me, she told me "well thats because we're not open yet" as if I was a burden. I said the sign says you open at 6 she said "well we are running late" how is that my problem? No apology, no courtesy. I asked if they were able to take my order she said probably in about 10 min. So I left. I typically avoid this starbucks at all cost but it's the closest to my house and I was making good time this morning so I went there. Normally I drive out of my way to go to another location. I hope the owner reads this because your business needs...

For one of the drinks, I originally wanted a grande pink drink. However, I ordered online, and the app said that this location was out of stock of the pink drinks, so I ordered a dragon fruit refresher instead. I didnāt really want the dragon fruit, as it was a gift for a friend and I wasnāt sure if they liked it, but I knew they liked pink drinks. When I went through the drive-thru, I asked the girl if they were really out of stock of the pink drinks - she said they were just out of the berries⦠I asked if there was any possible way that a pink drink could be made to replace the dragon fruit refresher, if the cost was the same of course for the same size. She said yes, absolutely! The girl so very kind and with so much empathy made the drink that I originally wanted (pink drink) and even said I could keep the dragon fruit as well, as they would have to throw it away. I politely declined⦠I just donāt have enough cup holders in my car! Anyway, I really wanted to thank that girl in the drive thru (Iām not sure of her name, but the date and time of visit was 02/22/23 around 5pm) for being able to make the drink I needed and being so kind and helpful about the whole...

So yesterday(11/03/21) while waiting for a 4 person mobile order , once there , 3 were ready , while waiting on for the 4th one , the barista made 3 different drinks and as I kept telling her no ma'am THATS NOT IT, after the 3rd mess up on the order , she LOUDLY and very RUDLY shouted āwell what did you haveā. I said excuse me , and asked her to read the label and then she made it correctly . Flash forward to today (11/04/21) figured I ād give them a second chance , I placed another Mobile order for 4 drinks , only to be told NO holiday cups were there but were showing up on app , so we did not receive our cups , AND 2 of the toasted white chocolate mochas were HORRIBLE .
