If you really want McDonald's, go to a different location.
This location frequently screws up orders, but some would say that is typical for a fast food place. Unfortunately, this location has collapsed to a wholly different level of the abyss.
For example:
Yesterday my wife was out with our kids. The kids wanted to pick up McDonald's on the way home. Everything in the meal was standard (three kids' meals, one Big Mac with large fries and a Coke) except for my wife's choice (a double hamburger without cheese). Simple enough, right?
Nope. This location somehow screwed up the meal FOUR TIMES. Even the most basic elements of the meal were wrong. Finally, after waiting about 50 minutes for this McDonald's to get the order right, my wife had to come home with the wrong food items. Absurd for $40+ worth of food.
When I heard about this ordeal, I gave the place a call, hoping just to speak with a manager and get a free replacement meal next time we go, or a refund. I called several times. No answer.
So, because of the principle of the matter, this morning I went into the location alone, bringing the receipt from the other day. I requested to speak with a manager, which took several minutes to get one to come over. I explained that I wanted either the order redone correctly, or receive a refund. The manager said she would redo my order correctly.
So far, so good, I guess. Right?
Nope. Guess what happens next? I'm standing there, waiting for my order, when I hear the girl taking orders on drive-through yell to her co-workers something along the lines of, "I'm not giving these b* no ** hash browns!" The problem is, the customers she was insulting heard her, because she forgot to remove her drive-through headset microphone.
A screech of tires outside --- a car pulls right up to the door. In barges an irate woman, screaming about being called a b** by the drive-through order girl.
The drive-through order girl and this customer get into an insane verbal and physical altercation. The managers on staff flitter about uselessly, the few customers in the place stare blankly, obviously stunned, and the women keep fighting and carrying on.
I'm standing there, glad I have my firearm on me as usual because god knows what kind of madness might happen next.
Finally, mercifully, one of the workers brings my order to me. I get the hell out of...
Read moreI am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the morning service at the McDonald's located at [insert location]. As a regular customer who relies on a quick breakfast before starting my day, it is frustrating to find the restaurant consistently closed during the early morning hours.
I have an early morning routine, usually starting around 5:30 AM, and it is essential for me to grab my morning coffee and breakfast from a reliable source. Unfortunately, this McDonald's location fails to meet my expectations. While there is occasionally someone present to take orders, it seems to be a hit-or-miss situation. Every other day, including today, Saturday morning, October 14, I have arrived at 6 AM only to find no one available to take my order.
This lack of consistency is not only inconvenient but also unacceptable. McDonald's is a renowned fast-food chain, and it is disheartening to see such a lack of commitment to customer service. As a loyal customer, I would much rather support McDonald's and enjoy my morning coffee from there. However, due to the consistent unavailability of service at this location, I am forced to seek alternatives from other restaurants.
I sincerely hope that McDonald's management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issue promptly. It is crucial for a business to cater to the needs of its customers, especially during peak hours. I urge the management to ensure that there is always a staff member available to take orders during the early morning hours, as it would greatly improve the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the lack of morning service at this McDonald's location. I hope that my feedback is taken into consideration, and the necessary steps are taken to rectify this...
Read moreFirst getting to drive thru speaker having to wait to be greeted, then being told we only have nuggets and shakes. I asked why I could not get a burger and was told he only had 6 10 in or 10 6 in patties, I am like so I can't get a burger? I Ordered fries with no salt, double cheese burger, and 6 piece nuggets. I was given salted fries. Advised the young man at the window that I asked for no salt for dietary reasons, was asked to pull around by gate and they would bring them out, after waiting 15 minutes noone came, so I drove back to drive through and advised of my wait was asked to drive to window they would take care of me, mind you there are 2 cars in front of me, I already had burger and nuggets for over 20 minutes at this point and by the time they finished helping the 2 cars in front of me, manager with blonde locks was handing me a bag with fries. I asked about the number for the store he said they didn't have one, I asked for his name and was told he doesn't his name to anyone (to think I have been in management for over 20 years I would never say this to a customer) I then asked for store manager's name and was given William. I advised that I would be contacting Vineyard management regarding my experience and would just give his description since he wouldn't provide his name. This manager showed no empathy and simply said I am sorry we forgot. How do you forget you ask a customer to pull around and park and you would bring out fries that should not have taken more than 3 minutes to cook. I spent nearly an hour at this McDonald's and felt like I was interrupting...
