Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Covington

I wanted to order a pizza from Papa Johns last night, but got home too late to pick it up, so I decided to pay the extra an have it delivered. I called on my cell phone, and the woman who answered the phone wanted my full name, odd. When I gave her the address she said they can’t deliver to me, (even though I live ½ mile away). They said that I was marked as a business, and they can’t do “meet up’s.” They have to deliver to a residence, and they were showing that I was a business. I explained that I live on the property. This, so called, manager I was speaking to proceeded to called me a liar multiple times. "Liar" was her exact words, and hung up on me. I called back on my home phone. When I gave her the address again, she hung up on me again. I called back and offered to show her my driver’s license. She told me it was probably forged. At that point the driver walked into the store. She said that she would ask him what the deal was. John got on the phone and confirmed that he had delivered to me many times, and the there was not a problem. At that point I didn’t want their pizza anymore. I asked for the “manager’s” name. She got back on the phone but refused to give it to me. I will be calling their 800 number in the morning, and will never call Papa Johns again. They can keep their nasty pizza, and their incredibly rude people. I have to say, John, the driver, was very nice...

We will never order from this location again. I ordered one of the "specials" on a Sunday night. I noticed there were 2 prices for the exact same special and learned that the cheaper one was carryout, the other delivery and a $4 difference. I selected delivery which came to $30.85. I then received the confirmation email stating 85-95 minute delivery time. I called and stated to change the order to carryout and drove to pick it up. My husband went in and came out with hot pizzas. As we're pulling away he made a comment about $38 and I turned car around saying that it was 30.85 for delivery and should've been less for carryout. He also gave the lady the change as a tip from $40. So he goes back in without pizza and questions price and she shows him receipt for $38+. He gets the pizzas and shows her $30.85 on box and she says carryout is higher on this special. He asks if he can just get a $5 back and she says it will make her register short. At this point, he's done arguing and our pizzas are cold and gave up. If I could leave a review with no stars I would have done so. Paid $40 for 1 LG special and a LG 2 topping and I had to drive to pick it up!!!!!!!!...

Order a pizza at 8:30 August 13th, 2021 and was told it would take about 30 mins I come outside in case the driver didn’t know which door or building to go and I had already told them that much before hand. I called after an hour and 20 mins pass by and I was told they tried calling me 7 times but I hadn’t received a call at all and was told there would be another driver on their way so I waited 30 more minutes it’s only 2 miles away. So I called again and was told the order was void so why wouldn’t they at the very least let me know some type of way anyway. Instead of having me wait I had offered to just come get it myself but I couldn’t before but I could right then but I was told the pizza isnt there so where was it for about the past 3 hours...
