Out of all the reviews that I’ve ever left in my profile. This is the lowest one in terms of Communication. I received two missed phone calls from Domino’s about six days ago, I spend about $1200 a year on this very location. And it means ZERO. The delivery drivers are epic, Tracy is Epic, the owner is far too arrogant to even leave a voicemail.
I will contact my AMEX on my “last five” orders and dispute them for the Level Of arrogance that this location and the owner has too much pride to even leave a voicemail.
Wanted to update my review once again: As promised I no longer order anything from this location due to the arrogance of the owner that would not refund my order placed after hours after they were closed on a holiday and forgot to shut the online ordering off.
That’s how much they truly do not care. Zero stars all around for the place I have spent over 5k dollars at in the course of 12 years. And o tip 30%.
Updating out of principle and spit for the owner who I left a hand written note for to give me a call back. Not our culture here in the United States.
We call people back, we apologize, we say thank you for your past business, I tell everyone about my experience….. and will continue too. I am owed 34 dollars with tip.

Read moreI would like to begin by saying that I think the food quality is pretty good. The issue that I have is that the last TWO orders we have placed online have not come with the correct side sauces. Now, this wouldn't be a problem if we did not have to PAY for these sauces. When you get delivery and the sauces that you expect do not come with the order, it is a problem. It is extremely frustrating to pay for sauces and then when you open the order after it is delivered to not have them. Even if they are missing if you check before the driver leaves, what are you going to do, wait 20 minutes for a driver to go back and get some sauce and return? We have given this location the benefit of the doubt once or twice before without a complaint, assuming that when it says - Quality Check - or whatever that step that is on the site is, that it means any sauce we have paid for was included. Apparently that step means nothing. The "insurance" is a joke considering you have a certain number of hours to complain, but like I said what am i going to do, wait for sauce to arrive as my order gets cold? I hate to say it, but I think this last mistake was the final straw for us and we won't be ordering delivery from this...
Read moreJust moved to the area and I have been ordering Domino's for years. Got a very burnt pizza, I'm sure that happens once in a while. The pizza got through the 'quality check'. I'm sure that happens too. Heres's the part I have an issue with: when I called to request a new pizza be delivered, I spoke directly with the manager. He argued with me that he had checked the pizza himself and that 'the cheese was a bit burnt' but that was it. I'm not sure how that's okay, but I told him that we weren't happy with the pizza and we would like a new one delivered. He told me that there had been several calls and that I should probably come in and pick up the pizza if I wanted it any time soon. I feel that this is completely inappropriate and that to make it right, they should deliver a pizza as soon as possible. I told the manager that and he said 'yeah' and he would have it out soon. An hour and a half later, the pizza was re-delivered. It was not burnt but judging by the attitude I got from the manager, they probably spit in it. I will not be ordering from this...
