Rachel is so sweet and so welcoming. She always makes sure I’m comfortable and I always feel so much better when I leave because when I talk to her she listens and is a true friend. Her artwork is off the charts and can do literally any design you ask her to do. Stay away from this place seriously! I was very unhappy with my service and their poor customer service skills. Got my hair highlighted and told them exactly how I wanted it done. When they dried it I expressed I didn’t like it , was very dull and lifeless and I like bright blonde as I stated. They didn’t even offer to fix it , she said she could refund me a lossy $25 after I just paid $220 for hair I didn’t even like.
