My daughter wanted to meet up for lunch in Cranberry Twp and she suggested eating here. I've never been here so why not? I arrived well before my daughter did, they took my name and seated me rather quickly. I commented that I was still waiting for someone so I'd wait to be seated. They wouldn't hear of it. I was escorted to the table and given a menu and something to drink while I waited. I read the menu and when my daughter showed up, I told her there was a lot on the menu I had never tried before or even heard of, but maybe one day I will. Then I saw it...biscuits and gravy. Buttered or cheesy grits! Seasoned fresh potatoes!! Oh man...I've gotta try these. Our orders were ready quickly and didn't last long either. The food was delicious. Although not made from scratch in house, the biscuits were so damn good. The sausage gravy was perfect. The taters were great and the grits were spot on. I purposely left one biscuit, some taters and some grits untouched to take home. I had them for breakfast this morning and all was still tasty. You CAN indeed mess up grits. This place does not. My daughter ordered some too and she loved hers as well. Now the hard part. Since I want to try other things on the menu here, how can I NOT order the grits, taters and biscuits? They're my go-to now, ha. The staff was great. They were attentive and had personalities. No miserable wet blankets working here. Oh I'll be there for more. I recommend you try it too if you...

Just had a terrible customer service experience. Placed a takeout order on their website at 10:29am, said it would be ready at 10:42. Got there around 10:44 and the food is not on the takeout shelf, no problem it is a busy Sunday I do not mind waiting a bit. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes, asked the Host about my order and got a very snippy response "It will be on the shelf when it is ready". At some point a different Host said "Sorry Sunday's are pretty busy they are probably just a little behind", which I totally understand. After another 20+ minutes of waiting, the other Host actually asked for my name, and went in the back to check on the order. Turns out, they claimed they made the order and "someone probably stole it from the shelf".. which I do not believe, given how I showed up close to the estimated completion time, and someone originally claimed they are just backed up. It does not make sense to me. Also strange how they were not concerned at all at the notion of someone stealing food from the takeout shelf... After that, it only took them another 5 minutes to get me my order. To top it all off, when I got home I realized they got one of the items in our...

Preparing food shouldn’t be this hard especially when I ordered takeout ate most of it because I was hungry but as distracted by my phone conversation and eating at the same time I’m noticing that with every bite there are burnt potatoes within my omelette. Did the cook think that putting it within the omelette was going to mask the fact that they were literally burned. Like just issue a refund already. Then I noticed a big glob of cheese just sitting underneath the egg in one section.. not spread out or anything. I wanted to like the establishment as the stars and reviews seemed good but whoever’s in the kitchen either needs to take more classes and actually apply what they've learned or they just need to retire. Common sense should not be rocket science a person knows good and well not to serve burnt food even the toast was burnt. I should’ve known when I picked up my order but they were so busy I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt… they get 3 stars for making it look good on the outside but inside a burnt mess and disgrace. Vegetables were prepared well but...

I had such a great experience at First Watch in Cranberry! The atmosphere is warm, bright, and welcoming – perfect for breakfast or brunch. I ordered the Floridian French toast topped with fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, kiwi, with a berry compote), and it was absolutely delicious. The fruit was fresh and sweet, the toast was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of fluff, and the berry drizzle added a tart, refreshing balance. The presentation was beautiful – it felt like a dish made with care, not just thrown together. To drink, I tried their butterfly pea flower lemonade (the purple drink in the photo), which was not only gorgeous but also light, refreshing, and unique. The service was excellent – very attentive, but not rushed. My food came out quickly and hot, and the staff seemed genuinely kind and happy to be there. Overall, First Watch in Cranberry is a fantastic spot if you love fresh, quality ingredients and a menu that feels both healthy and indulgent at the same time. Definitely worth the visit, and I’ll be back to try more of their menu!
