Real Thai Asian Grocery — Local services in Cranberry Township

I came in to make a purchase today with my daughter, and the store was open but no one was inside. I thought maybe they were busy in the back, so I shopped around for a good twenty minutes and had about 7 items in my hand and was ready to check out .... I called out about 5 times and nobody answered. Seriously nobody was in the store. I waited about 10 minutes hoping someone would come back, but nobody did. This was around 5pm on a weekday. No number to call, otherwise I would have tried that. We just put the items back and left .... Really disappointed because it was a waste of time and I was very excited to buy all of the items and try at home :( think it's a bit dangerous to leave the door unlocked and the store...

This store is a wonderful asset to the area. The customer service is fabulous and the prices are very reasonable. I have stopped in here a few times and got some staple food items such as rice wine vinegar. My wife just went in today and had an exceptional experience. She got some lemongrass stocks and the lady working there asked if she needed any other ingredients to make her recipe. She needed Thai basil and ginger root, and while the store was out of stock at the moment the lady there had some brought in from their other location that same day and called her back to pick up the ingredients. My husband and I went in looking for Tom Kha ingredients and we had a great experience. The store smelled fantastic, like delicious Thai food. There was a great selection of staples and frozen items like galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves. Also if you’re a fan of Buldak Ramen they have a really nice selection.
