Industry Coffee (drive-thru only) — Restaurant in Cranberry Township

At first to be honest considering there is a Starbucks right across the street I was semi skeptical of how good they were to be able to compete with Starbucks within walking distance across the street. Well I now see why and rightfully so. This place is literally just a healthier better more budget friendly version of Starbucks. It’s like the Whole Foods or Starbucks without the cost of Whole Foods prices. I paid like 3.75$ for a huge coffee. I got an iced coffee with creamer and Carmel and it taste better than a Carmel macchiato from Starbucks and was half the price. Not to mention one of the owners was running the drive thru so it shows where his mindset is and I had a whole conversation about the company and how he started and the other one in industry pa, and he said that he appreciated my business and I didn’t have to wait 5 mins for my coffee to come out nor was it watered down they use these like different big ice cubes that don’t melt very fast so your iced coffee doesn’t get that watered down taste. Also it just taste so much healthier and better than Starbucks or some of the other places I have been to. So glad that this is 2 minutes away from my work and it’s also by the dispensary and some food places as well. Great location, great people, cool place, good coffee, great prices. Couldn’t really ask for any more out of a coffee shop...

Rude Condescending Staffer - so rude and condescending, that despite 1-2 buys of crafted beverages there a day; I’ll not be returning.

Didn’t listen to drink order more than once; didn’t repeat correct order when finally gotten past fixing the wrong (just a ‘it’ll be up here for you when you drive around - leaving me zero confidence in being correct).

Doesn’t stop there - dollars asked for double the norm, and when drink handed to me it was wrong (imagine) and then when re-handed to me, I had asked for a second cup and same person thinks it necessary to ‘school’ me on why I shouldn’t be asking for an empty second cup. After shaking my head, told her she could charge me for an empty cup, which was met with ‘you don’t have to be rude’ . . . yeah, like I’m the ‘rude’ one !!!

There’s a Starbucks immediately across the driveway; I strongly suggest Starbucks over this staff...

We are blessed to have such great coffee options in Cranberry that isn't the company with the green logo 😁 and Industry continues that trend. Their goto Magic Coffee is so tasty, the honey really makes it. Their eggs are better than... that other coffee company. And the peanut butter on a bagel... is so addicting I think I bought one for a week straight. But what really makes Industry Coffee so great, is their team. The nicest people I've ever interacted with in the food/service industry in a loooooong time. And the owner really cares about your experience and their product. If you guys read my reviews you know I love Maxine's coffee... but their biggest draw back is they don't have a drive thru. Industry is the best drive thru coffee I'm the area hands down. Run don't walk, or drive... and go check this place out, you won't be...
