This has to be one of my top 3 worst experiences at a restaurant. I ordered brocoli cheddar soup ($7.99), a manho smoothie ($6.89), a loaf of country rustic sourdough ($9.39), a cinnamon crunch bagel ($0.95), and a bacon mac & cheese breadbowl ($9.08) which for some reason comes with a piece of baguette as well. When they called my order I go up to find two plates, one with the soup and a baguette and one with a bacon mac breadbowl and a baguette and that's it. When the young man told me my order was ready, I started asking questions and that's when it all went south. I asked where my sourdough was. He said the food came with a baguette normally but I could get sourdough if I wanted. I pointed.to the order slip he had placed by my food. No here, I ordered sourdough. He explains to me that the rustic bread was a different bread. I said the bread I ordered was called rustic sourdough and I'd like.to know where it is. He tries to make up for it by giving me two pieces of sourdough for each plate. I feel like I'm being ranked. I again point to the receipt and say no, I ordered the loaf, to which he glances around and says "oh" and grabs a wrapped loaf of sourdough and puts it up on the counter. Then I said, where's my cinnamon bagel? He said oh, we're out. First time it came up. He said we can get something else. I tell him I'll be right back so I can grab my daughter, who it was for and who just spent 4 hours in the children's hospital getting infusions, and I come back to the counter. He's gone. I wait, no one comes so I go and grab someone else and ask for the manager. Once she comes out I explain the situation and how unhappy I am, I clouding the fact that I didn't get my mango smoothie either. My bill was $34.30 before tax and I'm missing $17.23 worth of food. Half my order. For my trouble we got two brownies instead of one. I don't care how many brownies they offered me, this place wouldn't be worth visiting again for that kind of service. I already feel like this place is way overpriced when 3/4 of my food was bread but I paid it thinking I'd at least get what I was ordering. The guy who I talked to literally put a slip on the counter that showed my order and still couldn't figure out what I was missing. This is so below the bar that I will actively avoid this location at all costs in the future.

Edit: I asked for a to-go container for my breadbowl. What I got is in the...

As chain, the food is good. At this specific location. It is the worst place to eat. I have given so many chances it’s ridiculous. Since before covid I have dined there plenty as I live and worked in cranberry. And I enjoy the food. But this location has horrendous customer service. Or I should say lack there of. The food is ALWAYS wrong even when checked off twice and signed (do they even look????). I have had to go inside multiple times when doing curbside (after waiting over 10 minutes getting the notification that my food is ready and being the only car) because my food was sitting on the counter while the girls were giggling instead of working. No apology either. They literally don’t care. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt after hearing numerous times about being understaffed and no manager. Wellllllll. There’s a reason why!! And I refuse to go back to this location. It’s awful. I would rather travel farther and get better service at a...

Guess what ! Yep Today is August 4th.Zilch The store workers and managers all lied .13 days later they can put them in the restroom . update : I told Amy (Castle Shannon)today about Cranberry stiffing me 2 items in my take out and then promising me twice to send gift certificates. I feel bad for people in the Cranberry area. This is the worst Panera. Every time I go is a bad experience. They are out of food, slow, dirty, and inattentive to the store and its customers. At my most recent visit, I experienced all of these problems in addition to a brick-hard cinnamon roll (which was a replacement for a cookie they were out of but I had purchased online). The roll was also doughy and flat. I waited 10 min past my "ready by" time when I started to look for an employee or reason for my food not being there. I finally spotted it on the counter in the back. The soda fountain looked disgusting like it hadn't been cleaned in days. All of this happened late in the afternoon, well after the lunch rush, when it was not busy. I love Panera but will not be going to this location again. Sadly, it is always a bad experience.
