By far the most discriminatory service Iāve received in years. I am a professional who has traveled to multiple locations in the USA and abroad. Tonight, an older, white male employee of Fine Wine and Good Spirits, who had sandy colored hair and glasses, was servicing a long line of customers. When it was my turn, he looked up at me, closed his lane, then stepped about 2 ft away to fiend pushing a cart, into another cart. A trivial, meaningless task that could have been done any other time. Once the opposite cashier called me to his lane. The small minded cashier who switched his lane off, immediately switched it back on to help the person behind me. Another day, before that incident, 2 girls working at that location, made themselves readily available to customers, yet deliberately and intentionally reversed course whenever I approached to answer a question. When I spoke to Jared, who identified himself as the Manager of Fine Wine and Good Spirits, he did not acknowledge my concern. In fact, he said nothing like that could happen in his location. Well, I was taught by a non-minority that, āThe fish stinks from the head down.ā That culture is resounding at Fine Wine and Good Spirits (as demonstrated by Jared) located hysterically off of āFreedomā road in Cranberry...
Ā Ā Ā Read morethis review is definitely subject to change but based on my most previous experience, the customer service earned even less stars. kerry, the middle aged white woman working at the register, had invited the man behind me in line to check out with her and he gestures to me to go to the register so i wave kinda and she told me that she was not speaking to me, i already noticed she had an attitude problem but thatās not my problem, so i told her i was in front of him in line and asked a question about having trouble finding something, she shot it down without an answer, told me my total, and snatched my money from me. after i walked away i heard her ask the next customer in a softer tone of voice if he had trouble finding anything at all LOL so this little performance was just for me. if the holidays werenāt hard enough i would have had words for her, but i have time enough for this review and iāve never met an employee trained so poorly at customer service. this isnāt a standard at this store so iām not sure how she slipped...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped here for the mother in laws fix and decided to do a flight and grab a drink. Had the Painkiller, sounded about right for the state of being.. Was delicious yet a little hard to drink through the straws that were in it. Everything else was ok I'm more of a bourbon guy so wasn't blown away by anything really. Exceeeeept that Falernum! That was delicious, how'd they know I love cloves I have no idea! Definitely my favorite. Interesting location also, thought the good ol Google Maps was doin us wrong for a minute. Bartender was really cool and said they were moving manufacturing to St. Clair but I don't know what exactly that means for the building there in now. Definitely check them out if your in the area or if your into Rum might be worth a...
