Food is always good. Server was okay with bringing drinks. It was pretty quiet, we were told 15 minutes to be seated with open booths in the dining section. I seen 1 dirty table over there. This table was in the corner by the entrance of the bar and was left a mess the entire hour we were there. There were also at least 2 other booths in the bar area that had food left on it. One stayed that way the entire hour, after 45 minutes someone at least took the plates but left the glasses. The booth behind my wife had been cleared but not wiped. I now question if ours was either as it was awfully sticky. If they were busy I would understand. Our server spent 40 minutes talking to one table. Either they were regulars or she was interested in the young man at the table or something. I come here for carry out all the time and I understand the boss was in the back cooking. This was just down right inexcusable without a rush.

We enjoyed a sandwich for dine-in on 2 separate days this week and everything was great! We now wanted to try curbside pickup this evening and was very disappointed. The app and order process was easy. We arrived and checked in. We waited 10 minutes confused so we went inside to get it which defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Our food was on a rack sitting there. A waitress comes over to help and our food was cold. She offered to heat it up which was ridiculous. She was confused why we didn't want our food double cooked. We wanted fresh food. They recooked our food and it was now overcooked. Our salad, the container had hardly any lettuce. They gave us more lettuce which helped but we should not of had to get a half filled salad to begin with. This ruined our night - very disappointed with this experience.

Ordered through GrubHub while staying in a hotel. The order was completely messed up - I called the restaurant, and spoke with Bill, the manager. They had picked up the wrong order. Bill had our meal remade and hand-delivered (next door) to our hotel room. Gotta say, the food was delicious! Pictures do not do it justice. We live in VA, and don't get the fries on sandwiches, so customized to side order of fries. It was so good, we ordered fromt he restaurant the next night as well. Hubby ordered same thing, I switche up the sandwich, and ordered onion rings. These are the best onion rings we have had in a very long time. Pictures are Oven Italian, Reuben x 2, onion rings, fries, and Steak and Cheese. We had leftovers for lunch the next day.... I would definitely recommend.

We ate at this location on a Saturday evening . We are not from the Pittsburgh area and this was our first visit to a Primanti Brothers restaurant. We were not impressed. There were four of us and only one of us was satisfied with our food.

My son ordered the chicken sandwich and it was good, but did not like the flavor of his fries. I was not super hungry and just had the zucchini planks, which I enjoyed.

My husband and my oldest son did not enjoy their food at all, and they are the least choosy eaters in our family. My husband wanted to try one of the classic sandwiches that Primanti Brothers is known for (he got the angus beef). It was greasy and almost flavorless. The coleslaw had a smidgen of flavor and that was the extent of it. My other son ordered the loaded cheesesteak fries featured on the table tent. When the food was brought out and I saw those fries, I almost laughed. Sorry to be critical, but I’m not sure when I’ve seen such a poor food presentation. You would think they would attempt to make it more visually appealing, especially when the menu item is pictured on the table. One glop of thick looking cheese (I’m not even going to call it sauce) in the center of a pile of quite soggy fries, with no peppers or onions to be seen (a few of them turned out to be buried under the fries and were overcooked).

We also did not have great service. Our waitress was friendly, but the service was slow for how empty the restaurant was. Also, we had to remind the waitress multiple times on simple requests like bringing ketchup, the check, a to-go box for my zucchini, etc.

The next time I’m in the area, I might consider giving this restaurant another chance, if given the option of going to the original location, but it would be a hard sell to the rest of my family. And with all of the other options, I...

This absolutely was the worst dining experience I have ever had. We arrived around 5:45 and did not leave until 8:00 without eating food. Our food took an hour and a half to get out, and every single item that came out was freezing cold. We did not get any appetizers until the rest of our food came out, and some of the food came out way later which was also cold. The waitress did not get our drinks right, our cups were dirty, and when we asked for our drinks in the bottle the waitress told us “it was safer that way”. When we asked for the manager, she was not apologetic at all, and could not have cared less. She made us pay for our dirty drinks, which took another 30 minutes to bring us the check for a couple of drinks. When we asked why the food was so cold they just told us that they had multiple parties, but we called ahead to let them know there would be 16 of us (a few being small children) and they did not inform us that they would not be able to serve us properly. That is no excuse, if you can’t take in that many tables then simply let us know that you are short staffed and can’t serve another table properly. It would have been fine if they were even remotely apologetic, but the manager (woman with blonde hair) truly could not have cared less. I will absolutely will not be returning here due to the blonde hair manager. She was very rude and did not care that we waited 2 hours for freezing cold food. I would highly not recommend coming here unless you wanted to be treated poorly when you get upset over cold chicken, fries, sandwiches, EVERYTHNG, dirty cups, the beer tasted watered down, it took an hour and a half for the food to come out, and another half an hour to pay for a few drinks. I never write reviews, but this truly was the worst experience I have ever had in the...

Stopped in for dinner to celebrate a birthday with family. The waitress, although pleasant, was extremely slow and continuously apologized to our table stating that she was "drowning" every time she forgot something, took too long to return, messed up the drink order, brought out the wrong food, etc. I have a lot of patience typically for those kinds of situations and don't complain too much but when everything is wrong right from the start it gets a little upsetting. I ordered a fried chicken salad that was supposed to be "tossed" in garlic parm sauce with ranch dressing and 17" white pizza to share. There was someone else who ordered a fried chicken salad with no corn and fries on the side. The salads came out and both of them had fries on them, hers had corn, mine didn't and the the garlic parm sauce was on the side. The pizza was set down and it was a plain red pizza with cheese. When I brought it to her attention, I asked, "is this the white pizza I ordered?" she said I put it in correctly they just made it different by accident, so the guy helping her bring the food to the table picked the pizza back up off the table and took it to the back. Our bill, for just 3 of us, was over $60. My issue is that for waiting for over an hour for our food and it being completely wrong, nothing was even done other than me waiting longer to have the correct pizza made because they didn't make it right the first time and I ate my salad the way it was. I don't care when things happen, but when a manager doesn't come and try to adjust my bill for the inconvenience, or even at least apologize, I am definitely not impressed and will not be back. The last time I was at a primanti my experience wasn't a good one either so I feel that this is just confirming that this is not a place I...
