Worst experience ever at this DD on 130 Cranbury, Went to the drive through on 3-1-25 at 9 am , morning break at work . Asked for a coffee with half and half and a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. Got my breakfast and gave the guy at the window a $1 tip . As I was on my way back to work in my car grabbed my coffee to take a drink when the lid popped open and couldn’t believe my eyes , the coffee was steaming hot with no half and half inside,it was completely black . I was extremely lucky I didn’t get burnt with this . I then turned my car back around to go inside to the Dunkin Donuts, I walked up to the counter to explain to the young lady who was at the counter what happened and how dangerous it was to give a customer hot coffee like that , she replied o she thought you asked for decaf ! She then made me a new cup of coffee and handed it to me like nothing wrong had happened ! She never said sorry about the inconvenience or never apologized for what had happened ! I brought it to her attention that she never even apologized about the situation and she then replied I’m with a customer. I replied I am a customer she treated me like I was a robot not a human being ! I ask her is this how you treat customers, she couldn’t even answer me . I then asked to talk to the Manager and she replied I am the manager, At that point I has to just walk out and get in my car I had already wasted my break time on this matter talking to one of the most rude people I have ever come across in my life . If the world was ending and they were the only Dunkin Donuts left on this earth I wouldn’t go back to them that’s how bad the so called management is at this establishment. Read moreI’ve gone here several times out of sheer convenience and giving second chances a few times. I worked in the restaurant industry my entire life, and they do not know how to take care of customers.. the first time I ever went here I drove away and went to eat my lunch really fast because I had to get back to work. There were small black hairs and long black hairs on my bagel and I had already eaten half of my doughnut that I had gotten as well. I turned around because I was so disgusted (I can understand one hair getting on it-but I’d hope they would check before bagging it). I told them this and they looked at me and didn’t say anything, I had to request my money back to which they said but you still have to pay for the donut. Not a sorry or anything. Didn’t go back for a long time, but this management was new so I tried again…got melted butter from my bagel pooled in the tissue paper fell on my lap as I take it out of the bag… my cream cheese bagel had a round dollop of cream cheese on probably 5% of the bagel. I order another bagel with butter not toasted this time and they give me a bagel not cut with butter on the side. All of this and I get charged the wrong price for stuff. This last time I pulled up the prices on my phone and asked why I was being charged an extra 2$ gave the lady who was the manager at the drive through my phone to look then she looked at her phone and said the app doesn’t give the prices I said forget it, this was a website that Dunkin shows the menu with their prices. She doesn’t say anything. So I guess I’m stuck driving further in my limited lunch to a different Dunkin...
Read moreI had an offer on my dunkin app($2 any size iced coffee, not 2-6 pm offer, just account targeted) that I was trying to redeem. I stopped at drive through, and before placing an order, I mentioned my offer, asked if maybe I should drive up to the window to show it. The lady told me to wait, came back in 3 minutes and asked me what I want. Confused, I ordered my large coffee with some snacks and drove up to the window. Before paying, I showed her my phone saying "that's the offer I was talking about, I want to make sure that it goes through". She nodded, gave me my coffee and scanned my app for the payment. I get the receipt and it shows a full price for everything. I tell her that it didn't go through, to which she just said she can't do anything, it's my app so it's my problem. Being late, dumbfounded and not wanting to hold the line I left the store.
