EDIT - 05/15/25
After an absolutely awful experience, the owners reached out to me to make it right. They apologized, sympathized and offered me another chance and some cookies to try them out again. This time was a night and day difference! Today I was greeted by a gal names Andreya (sp?) who was absolutely lovely. She let the manager, Ethan, know I was there to place an order and once he knew, he came right over. Ethan let me know it would be a few minutes and when my order was ready he presented it to me, asked how it looked and made sure it was correct. He was very friendly and apologetic for our last experience. He was an absolute breath of fresh air from the last time we were there. So much so that I wanted to hug him. Haha! Thank you so much  Harrison & Shannon, for taking the time to rectify a previously bad experience. We really appreciate it. It's owners like you who actually care about their customers that make me want to give you my business. See you again soon.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I would give negative stars if I could. Absolutely the WORST experience weâve ever had with a food place!!!
We walked into this location around 7:30pm on a Saturday evening and there were no other customers in line. There were about 10 employees working and one of them in the back said hello to us. We walked up to the counter where we had to place the order ourselves. This is one thing I donât like with this new world weâre living in. Somehow customers are now the employees without the benefits of a paycheck.
Anyway, I entered our order into the kiosk and we wanted to pay with cash. This is where the experience turned south. A young girl walked up to the counter clearly irritated and seemed pissed that she had to be interrupted to handle a cash transaction. She ripped her gloves off, did NOT even greet us or make eye contact with us, told us the total and we handed her the cash. She accepted it and counted back our change with utter disdain and walked away. Not even a hello, screw you or anything! To say she was rude is an understatement!
Never in my 44 years of life have I felt so disgusted and disrespected by an employee whoâs supposed to provide customer service. Iâve worked in customer service since I was 16, and this is NO WAY to treat any customer whatsoever! It also didnât help that the other employees were all similarly irritated to be there too. This is where we chose to spend our money and this is how weâre treated?!
And the fact that there is a sign on the bottom of the kiosk reading something like âif we made you smile, leave us a tip.â A tip?!! For what?! For you doing the job you were hired to do? You didnât serve me and you didnât even take my order. Places like this should not be asking for tips. You do nothing above and beyond the duties you were hired for! Real servers deserve tips! Iâm sure not going to tip for being treated like an inconvenience! We definitely DID NOT smile, so does that mean you get to pay us a tip?
Needless to say, we will NEVER be back to this location and may never spend money at Crumble again. Weâll go where weâre greet with kindness and...
Read moreHonestly this happened like few weeks ago and itâs honestly upsetting I was wondering whether I should say this or not but I feel like this should be read by someone. I was waiting in line for my cookie with my daughter who was ordering and there were others around us and there was a very nice tall, tan manager who was nice to us but I found it disturbing to see the attitude he gave towards the workers, and I know itâs a work place but I am guessing most of them were high school students, it was just a disgusting behavior I didnât appreciate, I just felt very uncomfortable seeing that, I donât think the managing system is really communicating back there very well, I just feel like I had to say this because I know how it feels when I was working as a kid. And it would be a question like where do I put this? And he would give them attitude, and if I noticed it, then others definitely noticed it around me, because we all exchanged looks at each other. I just feel really bad for that girl. Just very awkward and not good managing system back there. Definitely...
Read moreShannon was nothing short of phenomenal.
Despite the store running out of chocolate frosting for the chocolate cheesecake, Shannon demonstrated exceptional resourcefulness and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. She went above and beyond, tirelessly navigating a hectic environment â juggling numerous responsibilities during a night impacted by multiple staff call-outs â all while maintaining a radiant smile and an impressively positive attitude.
Shannonâs extraordinary professionalism and dedication transformed what could have been a disappointing experience into a genuinely memorable one. Individuals like Shannon set an inspiring standard for customer service, and I am profoundly grateful for the care she showed.
Because of her remarkable efforts, I will absolutely continue to return to this Crumbl Cookie location. The world could use many more people...
