Culver’s — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

I would give zero stars if I could. I came in a few days ago, and it will be my last. Every time I come here is disappointing lately. I don't order that much food and I have to wait so long for it. I never get ketchup and I barely ever get napkins in the bag. They charge for ranch. It is only 35 cents, but the fact that these new owners are so cheap is worrying. I asked a worker why the prices are higher and she had said they have new owners. They use to be locally owned. They don't even have an option for Mountie cards. I asked the girl and she said they put it under senior because of not having that option. I was wondering why I was always a senior the receipt Will they not have this next year? It would be a shame for them not to stay involved with the community. Also, I always get a concrete mixer with cheesecake pieces and lately they barely give any toppings. I'm not paying for a cup of ice cream. I wish the new owners wouldn't change to 'save money' when overall they are losing it. They shouldn't buy a restaurant without knowing how to run it. Yes they will make more money short term, but in the long run they will be losing customers. Crawfordsville is growing, and we will get better than here. The fact id rather go to McDonald's than here is sad. I wish the 'new owners' were actually intelligent. Give a rich person money and they think they're smart. This use to be my favorite place. Ask for the first one that was made for me at a Culver's in Indianapolis and got the second one after the first one came out looking like a chocolate shake.. I showed the guys the pictures of it, so he goes in and comes out with what I have. I said there were chocolate pieces, just like the picture shows. He says well maybe next time we can do the Dove chocolate.. because I guess he thought I was going to come back and try to get my order right another time. Buddy, I showed you a picture and told you the first time, and the second time, and the third time that there were chocolate pieces in it, not a blended chocolate shake.. to your credit, you try it again.. to your discredit after failing twice, you told me to try again on my next visit. I won't be back!...

Holy cow this place is amazing! I just moved here from Lebanon and let me tell you I am glad to finally have a fast food restaurant to eat at that has good food and knows what they are doing! You guys keep up the great work, food quality and taste is off the charts. It’s always fresh for me. Which is wonderful. I branched our and tried the pulled beef pot roast sandwich which I was leery about trying at a fast food restaurant it taste great! Better quality than some sit down places! I recommend cheese sauce to dip your fries in. Also, onion rings are great here! As well as the cheese curds. Don’t get me started on their ice cream!
