I had the absolute pleasure of getting to know Jackie, the owner of Simpler Times, during my search for two discontinued pendant light fixtures to match a third pendant that I purchased in my Pacific NW hometown.  Jackie was an absolute joy to work with!  Her willingness to go out of her way to help me - a complete stranger on the other end of the phone - was astounding.  Unlike others I had spoken with, Jackie was the only one willing to work with me to figure out how to ship two very large chandeliers across the country.  She spent hours on the phone with various shipping companies trying to get me the best rate, and communicated the details of my shipment in great detail.  I can confidently say that if you were to visit her store, I expect you would receive the same level of outstanding customer service.  Thank you, Jackie, for helping me create the beautiful, one-of-a-kind chandelier that now hangs...

Absolutely love this store! If you're into primitive, country theme, FarmHouse theme, etc... Hone decor, you should definitely go here! So many beautiful items to choose from. Also have a wide variety of candles, wax melts, warmers to choose from. Tons of home decor, nicknacks, beautiful signs, magnets, jewelry, coasters, rugs, table clothes, table runners, and so much more! The lady who was working, was very polite and respectful, always making sure we found what we were looking for, took our items to the register for us while we continued to shop. I highly recommend...

Love this store, feels like Amish Country right when you walk in. Super friendly people. Some things are priced high but some thing's are reasonably priced. I usually don't walk out...
