On Friday, Feb 14th, i placed a to go order at 7:05pm. I prepayed through the website and was given confirmation of my order along with an estimated time that the order would be ready. I was given an estimated time of 7:25pm. I arrived at the location at 7:20pm, along with my two young daughters. When I walked in, the young man at the counter asked if he could help me. I told him I was there to pick up a to go order and gave him my last name. He went back to the kitchen then promptly returned and said "they are finishing it up now and it will be out shortly." My daughters and I waited patiently. I assumed it would be 5-10 more minutes, so we took a seat at the bench near the counter. at 7:40pm, my food still had not come out. I questioned the employee, he went to check, he came back and said "I'm sorry, it will be just a few more minutes." I continued to wait, my daughters were becoming increasingly antsy. Around 8pm, I noticed that several people were coming in and out and getting to go food. There were also two or three other people waiting for long periods of time, like I was. I questioned, again. The young man (different employee this time) went to check, then came back and asked me for a phone number that was used when placing my order. I gave it to him. He went back to the kitchen, then came back and asked if it was under any other name, I told him it would not be. He came back, said they were working on it right now and would be ready soon. At this point, I was losing patience. I had been in the store for 35 minutes waiting for an order I had placed an hour prior. i had several servers ask me if I had been helped and they also went to check on the status of my order, with no word on what was really happening. Finally, around 8:20pm, a manager arrived at the counter and started helping people. She finally turned to me and said "you don't look happy...." so I told what was happening. She said "but they are working on it now! You'll have it soon." No apology, nothing. at 8:30pm my order finally came out. It was missing items. I had to show the young man confirmation of my order so he would believe me that I was missing items. They, not so quickly, got my missing items. The manager came back to me and handed me two $5 off cards for my next visit for my inconvenience. At 8:45pm, and hour and 45 minutes after I placed my order, I was finally heading home with my food. My husband was waiting at home for us, finishing up his work day. Had the staff been upfront with me from the beginning, regarding whatever happened with my order (which I still don't know because there was never an explanation) I would have canceled and gone elsewhere with my two impatient children. Who could blame them for being impatient, as I was also. I overheard the manager telling another costumer "our online ordering is different than when you phone it in, and sometimes the kitchen misses them in the process...." I do believe it is time to fix...

The first time way more than 30 mins. Went in and there was only 4 patrons in the area to the far back right. Half the order was hot and the other half was ice cold
Tonight, my family had a large wing order. It was supposed to be ready at 6:10p. I didn't walk out with our order until 7;01p. When they bought out my order I asked for compensation since it was overdue by almost an hr. The hostess went to check. I was told no when she returned.I said not even a dessert, or a $5 gift card for my time? They girls both said that their manager never lets them do that and they didn't want to get in trouble with him. The one girl offered drinks but I wasn't trying to juggle drinks to my truck for whole family. Plus we don't really drink soda pop. It was very sweet of her and I always her just being the hostess wanting to make the situation right. Despite her managers instructions. While I was sitting there for almost an hr l with a group of 10-15 people, a pregnant mother and her 3 children that were there when I come in wait to be seated over an hr later. They even seated 2 other groups that came in after me. The restaurant was messy with tables needing cleared and trash on the floor. There were people that hadn't even got their drink orders the entire time I was there. People just don't do their jobs with the same enthusiasm like when I was a kid. I am not going to return to this location. It is the same amount of time as the Crawfordsville and Lafayette locations and many other wing options. Buffalo Wild Wings in general, has just been going down hill the past...

I ordered a Buffalo wrap and side of fries.
When I got my food, the wrap wasn’t wrapped tightly and most of the contents ended up in the box.
The fries were soft and lukewarm, it seemed like they made the order of fries and stuck it in the warmer for awhile.
There was little to no lettuce on the wrap and had more sauces than chicken inside. It was also very cold, I know takeout isn’t going to be piping hot like we get in store but considering I only had a 3 minute drive home, I expected everything to still be pretty hot. The tortilla was also stale, as if the wrap sat in a warmer for too long or the tortillas were left exposed to the air in the kitchen too long.
