Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

I called to place an order for pickup. The young lady taking my order was rushing me and I repeated my order multiple times. I specifically said "deep dish SQUARE pizza" 5x. She repeated it back to me. I got there and gave them a coupon for free crazy bread. I was still charged for the crazy bread. He told me my money would be on my card in a few days. Then, when I received my pizza, it was not the deep dish SQUARE that I ordered multiple times. Got home and my father called and complained. They said they'd replace the pizza, however, when I got there, the manager handed me my pizza and was extremely rude. She said "you HAVE to tell us deep dish! I WILL NOT REPLACE THIS AGAIN!!!" I said "I DID. I repeated myself 5x and the girl repeated it back to me!" She had the audacity to tell me "Look, I'm not arguing with you!" I said "you're right because you'd be wrong!" Absolutely pitiful. Customer service is terrible and the food is not good. I'd be willing to put up with nasty food if their service was good but...

That James (tall, skinny, glasses, shaggy dark hair) working upfront needs to be away from customers. No social skills, manners, or problem solving skills what-so-ever. Hot and ready is NOT an option at this location. They dont keep any sauces stocked, as well as Crazy Bread. I ordered 4 cheese. They only had 2 (which are only 1/2 in. filled) and when I told him I ordered 4 and mentioned them not being filled he offered up those 2 as well as 2 frozen ones. I said "Sure" to avoid conflict and he slammed the cheese door and started stomping like a child to the back and throwing stuff in a bag. The pizza used to be the best in town. We got pizza this evening. Custom regular crust, mushrooms,Italian sausage and extra cheese. Also a thin crust, bacon ,sausage, pepperoni and extra cheese. At least we could see the pepperoni on the thin crust. As far as bacon and extra cheese???? No way Jose. The regular crust, I could have counted the sausage pieces at about 35 and as far as mushrooms, not many. Extra cheese was not even there. Paid 23.50 for two sad pizzas. Sorry guys, you've lost all my faith. Absolutely disgusted with the downhill slope of ingredient's and the uphill slope in price. Guess you can't read the order of your management has changed.
