Taco Bell — Restaurant in Crawfordsville

Placed a pick up order online for over 50 bucks worth of food. Service time wasnt too bad I got there pretty quick maybe 15 min total for food to be ready. They gave me my bag but I had 4 large drinks as well which they forgot and maybe I'm just nit picking here but most places when I order online my drinks are made for me, instead they hand me 4 large cups and walk away no drink holder so again had to ask for that. Went to make my drinks and Pepsi was out no note on the machine and when I asked about it this woman says they're out. No apology just kinda dismissive. Unfortunately for me that's all my kids will drink so I asked for a refund which she apparently couldn't do so I hear a chorus of idk how to do that from each person that was behind the counter. Not to me mind you, just to each other. I sit there for another 15 min waiting patiently for someone to get a manager or something to handle my refund before someone finally asks me what I was waiting on, and when I told them a refund for my drinks finally a young woman comes to at least try and help me before she has to call to one of the people making the food to help her with the refund. Oddly enough the woman she asked for help was one of the people who claimed not to know how to do the refund. Obviously by the time I finally got home which isn't even that far from the place food was barely warm. I'll never come back to this taco bell. Least not on a Saturday afternoon. I've been here once before and had a poor experience that time as well but thought I'd give them a second chance. That...

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Taco Bell or any for that matter. I had placed an app order. It’s was easily a $40 order. I arrived to pick it up and was informed that they were out of nacho cheese and almost everything in our order had nacho cheese. She offered to refund my order or make it with shredded cheese instead. I opted for the shredded. (It was a very large, several people, shared order) I had also ordered 2 cups or nacho cheese with our fries. She offered to replace those with Cinnabon delights. I said that was fine. When I got to the window, I asked if I could have a couple of cups of chipotle sauce and sour cream. She told me that sour cream was expensive and would be almost a dollar per cup and she couldn’t give that & begrudgingly gave me a cup of chipotle and a cup of creamy jalapeño. I was annoyed because nacho cheese was also almost $1 per cup and I didn’t get any of that or a discount because of it, but I didn’t say anything, so that’s on me. When I got home and went through our order, almost every single thing was wrong and the TWO Cinnabon delights that they gave us to compensate for the missed nacho cheese cups, were very small, very hard & either stale or burnt & there was no icing. Our burritos literally had meat and shredded cheese and were missing all other components so we basically had soft tacos in burrito shells at the burrito price. Taco Bell South Crawfordsville Indiana 👎 The young lady that helped me with my gift cards was a sweetheart, I can't seem to remember her name. But certainly remember Autumn's, whom I'm assuming is the manager, as she was an unexcusable hateful B**. I waited for 15 minutes and didn't have a problem with it. Autumn must have thought I didn't wait long enough, she became extremely mad because the young lady left drive thru window to help me! (I believe the young lady felt obligated since it had been so long) Autumn stepped out from the back and looked at me 2 or 3 times, rolled her eyes and went back to what she was doing. When she seen that the young lady was helping me she shook her fist and then swung it through the air and loudly mumbling as she was going back to the back. I feel sorry for anybody that has to work in that kind of environment. I'm not sure what she expected of the young lady but she was busting her butt. I was surprised she didn't break down in tears. I asked her if she was okay and she said she was use to it. I just wanted a gift card but left very heartfelt for this young lady and half sick to my stomach, it was that bad. I gave the person the gift card and strongly expressed for them not to go to that Taco Bell. Even wrote it on the BD card. Family environment NO. Am I going back not until she's removed.
