Ordered online at approximately 6:10 pm. Order was to be ready by 6:25. We showed up at 6:30 to give extra time. when we arrived the order was not completed. We ordered two 6 count cookies(Dbl chocolate, Chocolate chip) and a footling cookie with 3 foot long sandwich’s. When they gave us our food they said they were out of the cookies and we’re not allowed to make any more by order of the manager. Why would you stop making product at 3.5 hrs before closing. They had 20 mins from when the order was placed to when we arrived it should not have been a challenge to cook 12 frozen cookies in the oven to fulfill a customers order. They offered another foot long cookie or sandwich that we really didn’t want but accepted due to them not being able to refund our $10 for cookies because the order was placed online. Once we arrived home and opened our 3 foot longs there was more sauce on the outside of our sandwiches than in them. They had to be wiped down to be eaten. Further more the young man behind the counter was vocal about his dissatisfaction for his job. He complained about wanting to go home. He went on about he wanted to quit. How closing was going to suck. He refused to make 12 cookies to fulfill a customers order. While waiting to receive my order an additional customer walked in and he continued to complain about that as well. While making that customers sandwich with gloves on he picked up his phone to check it while assisting the customer and failed to change his gloves after touching his phone. Read moreI placed a mobile order and when I got home I noticed that I was missing the extra add ons for both of my salads. I then called the store and the manager hung up on me after 5 minutes of waiting on hold. I called back and she was very rude and defensive. She argued with me about what she remembers putting on the order and explains how there’s a lobby of people and doesn’t have the time for me. (Also a paying customer). Although the store seemed to be short staffed, that is no excuse for a MANAGER to act out in that manner. You don’t argue and tell customers they are wrong. Simply apologize and remake the order. The loss of a couple of dollars it takes to make the product outweighs losing a customer every time. I showed back up to the store for a remake of the salads and when the employees recognized me, they immediately rolled their eyes and went to the back of the store. When getting busy with short staff you need to make sure you are taking your time and getting every order correct. The customers understand long wait times since they see the line, but if they also have to see the person in charge yelling at other customers and making people wait longer than needed because she doesn’t want to help them, that makes them not want to order anymore. I have tried multiple times to give this location a try and every time it just seems to end horribly. Not to mention the heath standards are not on the agenda at this location. No handwashing, no hair pulled up/back, reusing utensil's, gloves touching money, window, computer screens and not getting swapped out, cursing with customers in the lobby. Read moreThe snaggle-toothed lady you have making sandwiches is rude and refuses to toast sandwiches “because the bread is too hard and they don’t do that at this location”. I’ve literally never heard of that, in any Subway. Not only did she tell me they couldn’t toast my bread but I couldn’t order a kids meal with Italian herbs and cheese bread. Her exact words were “Italian or wheat” and I asked again “Italian herbs and cheese please”. To which her response was “well what am I supposed to do with the rest of the bread, that’s only 4 inches, you can only do Italian or wheat” Why exactly would that be on the customer? If I were to ask for olives, and only want a few, I don’t have to get the whole can it comes in? On the app it does allow you to order it, which is my go-to, which I inquired with her. To her response, she rudely replied “not at this location”. It seems her common sense level is at the same as her dental hygiene. Poor. She would rather argue with customers than help them.
