Been a customer of American Rental in Crawfordsville for over 2 years now. We first got a TV from them. The TV accidentally got broken while moving this past December and they worked with us to get a replacement in no time! We recently paid the TV off and needed a washer and dryer. Even during all the chaos going on, they helped us. I went online and ordered from them. Then received a call shortly after letting me know that they would have a brand new set for us on the following Monday but asked if I wanted to wait until Friday so we could take part in their promotion they were having the next weekend. Updated 7/2024 We needed a bed in a hurry and Michelle and her staff did not disappoint, we got our new bed yesterday and woke up this morning feeling better than we have in a very long time, my husband and I are grateful for being able to walk in and know that if they don't have something in store they will find it.. this is our 4th purchase and we will continue to go back when needed. Also all these years later and still an awesome friendly staff!!

I ask& I received, . I pay & I keep it, they are good people have used them a few times when I needed an unexpected item ,like a new couch bc the puppy ate our old one . Very professional, courteous and if ya do happen to have any problems they are there to help you resolve it . The 4months same as cash option is cool too, I don't know if it applies to everything.
