Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Crescent Springs

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever visited. I mean I love Chipotle! Who doesn't? Not this one! Going through the line, the bearded, heavy set guy with the glasses was more interested in joking with the other employee's than serving customers. I eat high protein. I asked for one small spoon of brown rice and he put two heaping spoonfuls . I asked for peppers and onions. He put three in my order. I said, "More please." He sighed loudly and rolled his eyes. I then got half a spoonful of chicken. I figured I must have had to give up the meat in exchange for the peppers. Finally I sit down and the shell is hard. This was okay because I didn't need the carbs. Then I take a bite and my lovely peppers are incinerated. I mean burnt to a nasty tasting carcinogen. Then we see a young kids filling the ice bins on the soft drink machines and he uses his bare hands to push the ice down. The final straw before we up and left was hearing one employee call another employee a "b**" clear throughout the restaurant. Chipotle, it is time to bring some management in that will control his restaurant. Giving you one star was the only option when you deserved a negative two stars. When in today to get lunch for my fiancee and I, super stressed out already especially because I have a very limited time frame to get lunch and eat lunch and report back to work. I asked for 2x burrito bowls to go. She started getting everything out and then asked me what kind of rice I wanted. I told her three times that I wanted a tortilla inside the bowl. She rolled her eyes at me then gave one scoop each to put in. When I asked her for more than she told me that I get what I get. I told her the rest of my order and she told me that the one small scoop was double meat and it wasn't. The cashier argued with me and said that I had to pay for extra because I asked for it but it wasn't extra. Again I was already frustrated when I went there and when I started getting upset, they rolled their eyes more and started getting an attitude with me.
