This does not apply to weekdays or management. This applies to one individual. Upon a refusal of giving me his name, Iâm going to have to leave a description. He's a (young black, male with long braids/dreads 25-30) I go here daily to get coffees have been for approximately two years. I've had nothing but good experiences. They've hired this guy and the first time I saw him. I had him remake my coffee, there was about a half inch of water on the bottom of it. It wasn't a big deal,... not to me. I asked him to remake it kindly, and he responded with "remake it?!" Ever since then when I go there and he's there, no matter how kind I am to him because it was just a mistake over Coffee. He won't say one word not one and shoots me the worst looks possible trying to intimidate. Another time I am sure he messed with my food so I threw it away and management did replace it. He whispers in the ears of other employees on the weekend that are younger ladies (18-24) and decides to laugh and make fun of a customer, don't care but so unprofessional. Instead of leaving that location and starting my day, Iâve now had another experience with him. He's absolutely out of line, he treats me like no one in the planet treats me, I ask for his name and he says he doesn't feel comfortable giving it to me, but they're all wearing name tags but him. He's an absolute issue and I guess he doesn't realize he's there to provide service and just act correctly somewhat professional even. Left without my food I was so upset. I'm now going to have to go to a different location on weekends and I don't think McDonald's as a whole would like that. This location has been great so l hate to do this. So I want to point out. It is not this location or other employees, but on days like this on a Saturday on a holiday weekend, the managers aren't there it's him and a couple younger girls who are easily influenced by his bad attitude and "funny" jokes right in front of my face.    Read moreThis place was by far the best McDonaldâs up until about a year ago. It is always busy, which means food doesnât sit long and stays fresh. The location was recently remodeled, but they should have remodeled the staff before anything. What happened?
My medium fry is about the size of a childâs fry. Upon ordering at the kiosk, I got to the end of my order and apparently the credit card reader was down, yet the kiosk isnât marked as out of order.
No problem! So I walked to the counter and waited about 3 minutes before deciding to ring up my order again. Success this time! My order was called to me instead of being brought, which wouldnât be a big deal if they actually remembered your order and executed it well. I stood there for about 2 minutes before I reached over the counter and grabbed my own sauce. My food was actually stacked on top of the sauce I needed which was convenient, I just didnât want to touch it myself.
My burgers had ketchup and mustard all over the bun where it is held. There is also lettuce on my burger, indicating that the line is never being kept clean and cross contamination is present. The fry portion was a joke. The food taste was okay, but the dining room was and always is atrocious!! The garbage can is completely overflowing and I cannot throw my food away. I wiped my own table off because none of them were clean. Needless to say I wonât be back anymore, although Iâm sure no one cares, I feel a lot better now that I could vent.
Hopefully this spares you some trouble. If you have to eat here, use the drive through. Literally no one has wiped these tables in hours or came out to the dining room. Itâs 8:45PM, not directly after dinner rush. Really donât care if youâre short staffed, it should be...
   Read moreGive this experience , not this place....a- negative 100 A manager named Mo (black lady) asked if i wanted a refund i said No just waiting for my food.. she said then pull forward to a reserve spot. (Which was already full) 4 cars already. I said i prefer wait here. Refund or pull forward. As im sitting at the second window. Shouting and slamming thw window on me... Mind you ol lady and two teens with me, for lunch that we already paid for after moving a family members whole apartment... Now she the manager is DENYING my family our meals that we already paid for because i am at the second window where im suppose to pick up my food from RIGHT... I paid at the first window. So needless to say. I set there for another ten mins just to prove a point , I didnt pull forward , got her name, got our food, spoke with a more than Perfessional gentlemen who I believe runs the place, as he should. Gave me her name and corprate number along with respect and common curticy, man to man you get what respect you give... Dont abuse your authority thats given to u... just be human. Or in a place of employment, reguardless of why, how, who kill them with kindness as a manager at least be perfessional in the position you...
