Absolutely horrible experience at this location. On October 30, 2017 I went in about 1:00 PM. to place a to-go order. I was greeted by the man that was cooking food and he quickly came over and took my order. After taking my order, he proceeded to grab my chicken with his bare hands and weigh it on the scale. He then threw my chicken on the skillet to cook and then wiped his hands on his apron. While my food was cooking the same man went over and grabbed a loaf of bread and cut it, and used a spatula to scoop someone else's meat onto the bread. (Keep in mind he still hasn't washed his hands yet from touching the raw chicken.) I was in total shock and disgust by this time, but then it gets worse. A new customer comes in the door and this same man greets the customer, and takes his order which requires him to touch the computer to imput the order. This male employee then moves down to the second register to take the payment for the new customer. In the mean time, a female employee emerges from the back and starts chopping and flipping meat on the skillet using the same spatula that the male employee used after touching raw chicken. The male employee completes his payment transaction and then FINALLY goes and squirts sanitizer on his hands, BUT STILL NO WASHING!!!! By this time, my order is ready but my stomach is in knots from what I just witnessed. I decide not to make a scene so I exit the restaurant and immediately call the corporate office to report what I just saw. The lady at corporate took my information and told me she would pass it on to the district manager and he would call me back shortly. I have called corporate 4 times now since that day, and I have not heard anything back from that manager. I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT EAT HERE. IT IS A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE SOMEONE GETS...
Read moreSo...I dash part time..and I don't know if others have experienced this..but I came into to this particular location between 7:15pm-7:35pm May 25th, 2024...I don't have the receipt of the exact time for my customer's order. But it was definitely that time period. Run the cameras. I was polite and waited for the two young guys to acknowledge me. They were laughing and clearly saw me, ignored me, guy with dark hair, dark glasses, almost shoulder length was facing me, went and got a drink, still ignored me, started coughing and laughing, and proceeded to walk in the back.. the guy with brown hair, curly, and faded in the back, had his back toe and finally turned to dark hair, dark glasses guy smirked and continued to ignore me..the older gentleman going bald, looked to see what they were laughing about, looked at me and smirked, and finally came to me and said dasher...I politely said thank you, and thought wow...this was blatant disrespect..like wow....where did you folks get your customer service, and poor character from??*..all I was trying to do was do my job. And you do yours.... Run back the tape if you have cameras at the store. That was not a great service. And see how there was no...
Read moreI don't like to write negative reviews, but this Penn Station is seemingly always running behind. Every time I go in, they are consistently late in fulfilling online orders, but my latest experience makes me not want to return.
I placed an online order for a sandwich and fries. I arrived a few minutes after it was supposed to be ready. The gentleman at the counter grabbed a wrapped sandwich indicating it was mine and said that they were just waiting on the fries. As others got their orders, some including fries, I tried to be patient. Fifteen minutes later, I hear the first gentleman I talked to tell another worker to get fries to go with my sandwich. That worker grabbed the fries, put it in a bag with my sandwich and handed it to me. As they handed it to me, I asked if the sandwich was still hot. The worker looked at me slightly confused and said that the sandwich was just made. I mentioned that it was supposed to be ready fifteen minutes before and they both said "sorry". I left feeling frustrated, but glad I finally had my food. When I bit into my sandwich, it was warm at best, so it was clear that it had been sitting there...
