Wendy's — Restaurant in Crestview

This Wendy’s is a very busy location, we came at 9:34 p.m. to get a late dinner for our family, they had 8 to 10 cars in the drive thru and 4 people inside. Despite the constant flow of customers this location seems to have any time I have stopped I can say that I am always thinking that you know they are short staffed because the staff that is there are constantly running and working and completely focused on trying to get the customers taken care of. Despite the consistent and always focused work of each and every staff that I have ever encountered at this location, which is worth recognizing all by itself, I will say their was a young man named COLT tonight who not only was always working and trying to take care of every order in front of him but I watched him make a point to double check every bag for the correct order items before handing it to the guest so that they did not go home with anything missing, but also he made it a point to ask every single person for anything else they may need and offering a smile and then quickly returning to work on the next customer promptly and with the exact same quick and concise dedication! WAY TO GO COLT! WITH A WORK ETHIC LIKE YOURS YOU WILL BE ABLE TO EXCELL AT ANY AND EVERY JOB YOU PURSUE!!!!!!! And sometimes when we see an amazing job being done it deserves...

I went to try the new saucy nugs on my way home. The sign clearly read make it a combo $1 But when I got to the window it was a few dollars more. I tried to tell the cashier that the price didn’t match the sign and she was rude to me. She got a manager and the manager told me I read the sign wrong. I said maybe so I’m going to pull around and relook at it before I leave. Paid the increased price for my food. Manager said she would go look at sigh. As I got my food I’m fairly sure I saw the manager person leaving in their car. I drove back around and took photo of sign and the workers inside got on the line telling me I was wrong and I stayed I’m taking a photo to show you. I could hear workers insulting me over the speaker. I checked with another Wendy’s and their sign had correct amount to make a combo. I was told at the other Wendy’s a general manager would call me but haven’t so far. I went by today and the sign is not corrected with right price of around $4 to make it a combo but they sure did delete the $1. Wendy’s has not contacted and apologized for insulting me or manager saying they would look but...

Normally I do not review fast food chain restaurants, but here is the exception. This Wendys has one of the fastest drive thru’s I’ve ever been to. No matter the line of cars there might be, you can still be in and out anywhere from 1-6mins, depending on the size of your order.

Now fast food may not be the healthiest or freshest option, and you should know that when you make that choice to get fast food. On a Friday after a long work week, and Wife is not around to make dinner, this place is a life saver when trying to find something you will know that your kids will eat.

The four 4 four menu has a lot to choose from for any picky eater. I know because mine are as picky as can get. I can almost “a la carte” stuff together so they can all be happy with what they get.

So in conclusion, while everyone should limit the fast food at home, and make healthier choices, this Wendys is a time saver, which is faster than the Chick-Fil-A down the street. It also taste better than McDonalds or Burger King which are the nearest comparable places, so come here of...
