They do not care about customers and customers problems . I ordered from door dash (I used to order there everyday at 2PM) and dasher forgot to bring avocado waffle . I paid for waffles . I was looking for solution because door dash didn’t give me credit or refund . So I called at store and they suggested me to do complaint at door dash I said I did . I was trying to explain that I can come over there and I can pick up my leftover forgotten order( because this place is near to my work place 2 min away from my work place) the person who was attending my call he hung up without saying anything he didn’t even call me back . When I called back asked to speak with the manager he replied he is the manger . Then I said I’ll never order from you guys, he replied okay. I mean they are fine they do not care if I order or not . Wasn’t expect this kind of lukewarm response from manager . I was upset and called at store again at the evening guy who was attending my phone he claimed he is the manager , the person I spoke at the afternoon someone was pretending themselves as manager(both had different voice and accent) . The evening one was saying they are closing rn they will call me back . Didn’t get any call after that. Since then I never place order there . Sorry but I m done . They are fine without my order then okay no problem I won’t place...

It is a whole vibe. Was waiting for Nekter to open up to, and super excited to that threads day has arrived to give it a try.

I will share this one point or warning. If you don't enjoy someone having a personality or warmth. Then it is best that you stay away.

The owner is super dope and he enjoys communicating with his customers. Whether you want to ask a question about what comes in the smoothies and bowls, or you may be interested in sampling the vegan ice cream. It doesnt matter because he is going to have conversation with you and it is pleasant to encounter someone who enjoys what they do. Everything is fresh and made to order. The staff is attentive and they put love into each order.

I would recommend you get ready to create a budget for Nekter because after one visit you will be hooked. I plan on giving everything on the menu a try at least once, and Im excited after trying the PB Mocha.

My experience today was subpar. I drove 26 mins to support this business but it didnt meet my expectations. The atmosphere and location are wonderful and the staff was delightful but it doesnt matter if the product isnt good. I am an avid acai bowl consumer. I purchase fresh ones weekly or eat the frozen ones I purchase from the supermarket at a minimum of 4 times a week. I've tasted bowls from fresh markets and from stores like Smoothie bowl and the one I purchased from Nektar comes in last. The bowls didnt taste good and they were very runny. They tasted watery and lacked the acai/fruit taste. On top of a bad product, I waited 22 minutes to get my bowls when there was only one patron in the store ahead of me yet the person after me received my bowl first.
