I wish I had more photos to share, but these were taken on two separate occasions in the past week, I had also taken a video but unfortunately I can’t post that here. I’ve gone to DQ multiple this week, after the first time of getting NO Toppings I started paying an extra $0.59 to get extra toppings hoping that would fix the problem, even though I shouldn’t have to be paying extra. Here it is if I’m paying $6+ for a blizzard I want the toppings, if I wanted vanilla ice cream I would have just ordered vanilla ice cream. They need to stop being so stingy and put enough toppings in there so you get some in almost every bite. You’re lucky if you get 3-5 good bites. They’re not blending them enough so it looks good but once you get past the top layer there’s nothing there & by that time it’s too late to go back. I kindly made this suggestion to the manager a few days ago, but have gone back twice since and it’s still a problem. This isn’t just one person who makes them with barely anything in it, it seems like a store problem where the employees are being told to do this because it’s happened too many times on different occasions. There is a difference between a store wanting to cut costs & a store that is ripping off their customers, this one is doing the latter. I suggest finding another ice cream place in the area because the only thing you’re going to get here is vanilla ice cream NO matter what you order. These are supposed to be an Oreo blizzard and a Royal Strawberry Cheesecake blizzard.

Outrageous pricing for mediocre food at a bottom tier fast-food restaurant. Four dollars for a TINY blizzard. Four dollars! That’s the cost of an entire quart of ice cream! My hands are not large, and the pic shows how tiny this thing is. Laughable. Now, I am not all for the fattening of Americans with ridiculous sizing of food items, but smaller items need to have an equally small cost. This is flat out price gouging. It had been a couple of years since I’ve been to a DQ, this cemented the idea that it’ll be a couple more before another visit. DQ used to be a acceptable place to go for acceptably priced snacks for the family. Now it breaks the bank to take the family out for a snack. Seems like a poor choice, during a time that disposable income is limited.

This location is full menu and open year round. This place has yummy stuff all year round different flavors and such. Food has always been good here. We used to travel to this location no matter where we were and we had a Dairy queen very close to our ho.e and still came here!!!! Your food will be correct and it's always good. The cakes are great for parties and they even have little mini cakes cones and individual icecream cake cups!!!!Can you say YESSSSS!!! Love those dont have to order. While cake just enough for a single serving. Inside is very clean and th outside seating in the summer is really nice. I love this place year round for a quick bite or a sweet tooth stop!

Gilda is the manager?! She literally charged my mom twice for something just minutes ago and said “I didn’t charge you twice” My mom calls her call number to check her transactions and YES SHE DID CHARGE HER TWICE. The machine messed up and she had to use the other machine, she didn’t cancel the first order. AND SHE ALSO TOLD HER MEAL FOR HER AND DIDNT GIVE HER A CARD TO GO SIT DOWN WITH THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO DO! She didn’t know what the hell she was doing. I thought that tall white man was the manager.. He’s been there for years and DQ always was a great place to visit. This manager is pathetic. If your card doesn’t go through, DO NOT PUT IT IN AGAIN without MAKING SURE THE ORDER IS CANCELLED. The fact I even heard her say she didn’t charge my mom twice and actually did is crazy that she is literally the MANAGER RIPPING PEOPLE OFF LIKE THAT.. Let the white man run this place, he actually knows what the hell he is doing and fixes issues no problem. What is wrong with that manager? Clearly too old to be working there.. This is ridiculous. Always liked going there until recently with all the new people.. they are going to...

The drive thru had a small line so I decided to go inside. I hadn't been to this location before and was greeted right away by a nice female cashier. Then a guy (who I think may have been a manager because he seemed to help other workers and was a older than them) immediately got me my blizzard and knew it was mine. Then a few minutes later my food was ready and he apologized for the wait and told me to have a nice Easter. I waited for barely any time and everyone was very pleasant. This positive customer service turned my day around because I went to two places today and had horrible/lackluster experiences and this Dairy Queen was on top of it. So much so, that I even voice texted my mom back in Washington State to say I found the "best DQ ever" lol. Keep up the good works. Props to my cashier and the (assumed) manager! Also... I've never gone to a DQ and actually had my blizzard mixed and my French fries tasted very fresh! Cool...
