Party Pizza — Restaurant in Cromwell

We had a birthday party and used Party Pizza. I ordered online and asked for a specific delivery time 45 minutes later. I wanted one half w 2 toppings and the other half w 2 different toppings. The website set up allows this but charges you full price for each topping. With this method we practically paid for another whole large pizza with partial toppings. The website didn't list how many slices are in a party pizza so I called to find it is 24 slices. After realizing the party size is only 24 slices I ordered a second party pizza with half pepperoni. I repeated my order and delivery time. The pizza arrived 30 minutes early and with no pepperoni on one. When I mentioned the time error the driver smiled and delivered the pizza. Not really his fault, he's just delivering. I called the store to voice my complaints on the order and time. The employee did apologize and stated he was very busy. So although the pizza was good, not stellar, I'd give it only 3 stars for customer service, monetary value and detail on following order instructions. Probably won't...

Really good pizza, best I’ve been able to find in town so far. I placed an order today over the phone with a woman for a bacon pizza. When picking up the pizza, my husband was told I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The owner went as far as to tell my husband that he took my order and I ordered pepperoni. This is not true. I spoke to a woman and she even repeated my order back to me “bacon pizza.” The owner/manager argued with my husband in front of other customers and refused to correct the mistake. The man insisted my husband pay for the pizza we didn’t order.

My husband left without a pizza. An awesome Christmas gift on Christmas Eve. I hate to not patronize this place again because they’re fast and affordable and the food tastes great but this behavior is unacceptable and unappreciated. I hope to find someone who makes quality pizza, respects their customers and doesn’t get offended or argumentative over an error that can be...

I ordered a pizza for delivery. We paid with card. I didn’t tip, we don’t order out much and are college students trying to save most of our money.

I gave my little brother the receipt to give to the delivery guy because I was washing my hands.

Didn’t realize that the door was still open and my brother was still standing there and they guy starts yelling at me asking if I was the one who ordered the food. He points at the receipt and starts yelling at me because I didn’t tip. I didn’t yell back, all I said was that I was sorry. He zoomed out of my driveway to the road.

I called the place, they said it’s the new guy and are gonna talk about it to him. I can’t say wether it’s true or not.

Not ordering from here again, I do not want to have this guy near my house, no thank you. I’m really glad all of my family was here and wasn’t alone...
