Taco Bell — Restaurant in Cromwell

Not sure why the later u go between 8p- 10p-11pm the food isn't warm at your Cromwell location? The soft shell is warm u kno/i taste that it has been microwaved which in turn makes soft shell like rubber the meat is just Luke warm with super cold condiments. I love taco bell but the night crew not happy first by there voice speaker don't lie by the time u get to the window (so slow the line just sits)there faces show welcome I'm not thrilled no motivation it's sad ((because people such as myself looking for a part time job that alone u at least thank god u do work I kno T.M.I.)) doesn't make you want to come back for sure. I'm 50 and I've been eating taco bell for 30+ yrs it was my pregnancy crave I had it for breakfast in 1985- 3 tacos -2 taco lights- grape drink and a pack of(3) chocolate chip cookies for 7 months((that's right light shell it was called that air bubble pocket flaky shell)) ((no breakfast food back in the day and still haven't tried it today)) and went back for lunch with same order in New Britain on west main street. I feel foolish calling to complain about fast food but after it happens so often n u just LOVE taco bell someone hire up needs...

Get it together guys. We went inside to avoid the long drive through line. Automated kiosks did not offer the item we wanted. Asked if someone could order at a register. Someone came up for a few seconds, muttered something and walked away. Sensing chaos at the counter, we went outside and got in the drive thru. After waiting 10 minutes without advancing AT ALL, we tried to back out but a car had pulled in behind us and refused to move. This is a lane with high, narrow curbs so we were stuck. Placed our order (that employee was awesome) and waited another 25 minutes to get to the window. The bag with our order was hastily handed off and the window closed before we could ask for sauce. Frustrated we just wanted to get back on the road where, 5 minutes later, we realized that one of our paid items was missing. I can't imagine this location will stay in business long with that level of service. Food...

Literally the worst experience in fast food history. Purchased 4 items through drive through. Came home to a complete mess. Nacho Bell grande had no nacho cheese. 2 soft tacos were a mess ! Food all over the package

Tried calling the restaurant, phone kept ringing. Arrived at the location, kept calling no one answered. Finally went to the entrance. Team members eating food next to the food prep station. Knocked on the door, until finally someone heard me. Young man comes to the door, I show him pictures of my food, and ask him for a refund or to make the food more presentable with the correct ingredients. Whole Im waiting for the food, they are looking at me laughing and eating next to the food prep area. Not once did he apologize and was rude and short with me. An absolute problem you...
