Dunkin' — Restaurant in Cross Roads

I would like to say that I recommend this Dunkin' location, but I really can't. Neither phone number - the one here on Google or the one in the Dunkin' app - works to actually connect you to the store. There is no email address available to contact, and I haven't had time to go back to the store itself, so I've been attempting to get ahold of customer service for over two weeks now after I was given donuts that were not only not what I ordered but also looked like they'd been abused with a baking tray before being set out, and I can't even get a response from Dunkin' corporate customer service. Normally not really a big deal, but the lack of communication after I've had really good interactions at the Frisco and Hurst Dunkin' locations over the last couple of years is nothing short of infuriating and I really don't think want to give my money to a company that can't be bothered to resolve things in a timely manner.

Edit: After three full weeks, I finally got a response from someone I'm assuming is part of the management team at this Dunkin' location. The fact that I had to make three phone calls, submit three separate complaints, reply to a corporate form email with proof my order had been mangled, and leave a very displeased review before anyone actually bothered to reach out and attempt to rectify the situation is incredibly frustrating.

Edit 2: It has now been nearly two months, and trying to get a refund for a mangled order out of this company is more difficult than trying to get money out of the federal government. I feel like I'm herding cats trying to get a response and an update on the situation, and I still have not actually gotten the situation resolved. If I could give this location a negative...

Would not waste time or money at this location. It's not about customer service they only care about a $1.00. I go to this location 3-4 times a week, I ordered the same thing every visit. M-THURS NO Issue Fri-Sun forget it. Idiots working. Manager could have fixed an issue with rewards points, that I've never used, I had 1455 when I pulled up, and explained we hit the non coffee selection by mistake asked if she could fix it. She said my drink wasn't eligible for reward points, asked if I wanted to use the points for the bagel I said yes. SHE TOOK POINTS OUT FOR THE BAGEL INSTEAD OF USING THE POINTS THAT WERE FOR A NON COFFEE DRINK!! FORGET THAT YOUR A LOYAL CUSTOMER...FOGET THAT YOU COME 3-4 TIMES A WEEK!! So the end story, latte made incorrectly, was suppose to be made with Stevia, they used Splenda. Toasted almond shots only they put in vanilla and toasted almond. It got dumped. The bagel was not toasted as requested, and it was obviously day old not fresh, pieces of it were so hard I couldn't bite into them.
