I must say that I am never going to eat at this McDonald's again! My daughter wanted french fries the evening of July 14th so I went through the drive-thru approximately at 10:45. I was hungry also and I have really never eaten their food so I said what the heck, I will try their chicken nuggets. We get home and my daughter is eating her french fries and I start eating the six piece chicken nugget and the second nugget that I ate I noticed it was a little extra crunchy. I thought it was just the breading because I noticed that some of it was kind of over cooked. So I didn't really think anything of it until my throat got kind of Scratchy on the right hand side. Then I took another bite and when I took that bike, I noticed there were actually bones in the chicken nugget I looked down pulled one out of my mouth and pull the remaining bones out of the chicken nugget. So immediately after that I called McDonalds at that time it was probably around 11 o'clock or so 11:15 and it would no one would pick up the phone. It just went straight to voicemail I tried to call several times. So the next morning and I called and I spoke with the manager hey Zeus and he apologized for not answering the phone and he was kept asking me to send pictures and the receipt so I did that. And then he also stated he wanted me to come fill out some paperwork so I came and got the paperwork and nobody tried to you know offer me free food or compensate me I mean. Luckily my daughter she wanted to actually taste the chicken nugget and something told me to say no and so luckily she didn't taste it because she would have had the bone swallow the bone writing gotten her throat scratch like I did. I went to the doctor and they said yes it's scratched and irritated and red. Luckily I have some antibiotics from several months ago and me being a nurse I kind of was proactive and started taking those antibiotics. Needless to say I got phone calls from the insurance company and they're stating that unless they can find fault with McDonald's then basically my claim will be denied because it would be the supplier's fault and all they were basically be doing is a quality control from now on to make sure that there are no bones or gristle or fragments of anything in their chicken nuggets. Which is really not satisfactory to me due to the fact that I did swallow a bone and I did have to go to the doctor and I did have to pay a copay and they are not willing to reimburse me for my pain and discomfort and me having to come out of my pocket to go to the doctor. And then now I would really be pissed off coming to find out that if my daughter headache eating the chicken nugget that there were no beer no resolution as well so I am never eating at that McDonald's again and I am never taking my daughter to that McDonald's again and I do not recommend you all take your family friends to this McDonald's off of 380. I would prefer to go to Chick-fil-A and I will be going to Chick-fil-A from now on if I want some...
Read moreThis is seriously the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The first time I went, I ordered a fish for my mom and asked for extra sauce. That sent the cashier in a panic at checkout and was told with fear that it would be extra money. I was surprised because the prices since I had last been to McDonald’s has skyrocketed and I was already shocked at how much the order was. I said fine, how much. He didn’t know and guessed a dollar. I pulled out a dollar and then he panicked again and had to get a manager to find out if we could pay for extra sauce. Meanwhile we had a long line of cars waiting behind us. I know the cashier was making sure we didn’t bankrupt a billion dollar business by making sure we pay the accurate cost for extra sauce. Forget about making a customer happy and making sure they would like to return to your business, they can’t risk just giving an extra sauce away. That would ruin McDonald’s to be so charitable. After we finally got an accounting of how much that extra sauce would be, coming from the highest of management and paid the money, I vowed to never return. I made that mistake a couple months later since it is just a block away from my house and my niece wanted McDonald’s. The second visit, my mother saw a sign that simply said, buy a fish sandwich and get 2nd one for $1. She proceeded to order a fish sandwich meal and then asked for the dollar fish sandwich. At checkout she was surprised at her total. She looked at her receipt and noticed she was charged $5 for a second fish sandwich. When she pointed out how much she was charged for a second fish, she was told that didn’t include the meal. The special on the advertisement didn’t list any exceptions. She did indeed order a fish sandwich, whether it came with fries and a drink or not. So she decided to get a refund and order the sandwich, get the second one for $1 and then order fries and a drink separately. It is pretty ridiculous to have to do that. I won’t even mention that she asked for both sandwiches to have no cheese and both of them had cheese on them. They are just so ridiculous there and really don’t know anything about customer service. This time I will keep my promise to...
Read moreThis McDonald's has had bad service since it opened. It has never gotten good. When it opened it was flooded with customers. Since then it doesn't seem to do the amount of business it should. I believe people are like me and won't go there because of their bad service and calling to complain goes no where. No one ever calls you back. Look at all the reviews below and how bad they are.
I went to the drive thru and made an order on a weekday. Pulled right up, no one was in line and ordered. I went to the next window and paid. I got to the next window and was told to pull forward and wait for my order. The two areas designated to park and wait for your order already had cars parked in them and people waiting for their meals. They like to push you onto the parking lot so they can clear your order on the screen to make their food delivery times look good. I was on my way to a business meeting and I waited from 3:43 pm to 4:01 pm then I had to leave. I called the location and the phone must of range twenty times before it was answered. I told the guy I could no longer wait, I had a meeting and they were too slow. His reply was we are doing the best we can. No apology. I have avoided all McDonald's restaurants for months because of their slow and poor service but I was hungry and hoped I could grab something on the way to eat in my car however this was not the case. I called the McDonald's toll free number and was on hold for like 30 minutes until an operator came on to take my complain. She said someone would call me however to date no one has. I believe the corporate McDonald's people don't care either. McDonald's gave up years ago and now customers are...
