Ana's Cakes & Bakery (MEXICAN BAKERY) — Restaurant in Crystal Lake

I love they're 3 leches cakes since I moved to Illinois in 2017. I moved out from California and was searching for a mexican bakery this one poped out so I decided to give it a try. It was a 30 min drive from where I lived before but oh boy it was love at first try. Cakes are so rich and tasty, sweetness to perfection not over sweet it melts in your mouth. I live in Rockford and I still drive out to Crystal lake to get my cakes no disappointment at all. I called around trying to find someone to make a Tres Leches cake, and all bakers seemed afraid and unable to make one... and then I saw Ana's pop up in my google search. She saved the day! Not only was the service great, I could tell she was knowledgeable and she provided helpful input. I'm excited to pick up the cake. I ordered a tres leches cake with fresh berries on top. First time ordering with Ana's Bakery. Ordered cake for my sons 1st communion. From ordering to picking up the cake wonderful and incredibly delicious experience!!! I've tried many bakeries in the surrounding area and was always disappointed from taste, decorating, to price. Nothing has ever compared to Deerfields Bakery. The drive to Schaumburg from Crystal Lake just for a cake is a bit far, but we wanted a "sure thing!" Now, I'm so very excited that Ana's Bakery will serve my family celebrations for many more years to come!!!...
