Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Crystal Lake

Just left the drive thru and had the worst experience ever! They were rude and didn’t even have many of the flavors that the girl told us they had. We were given our drinks and told to taste them and if they were to watery that she would fix them, so she took them back, I then watched as she took the drink dumped it back into the blender and added a scoop or two more of ice cream to thicken it. I’m no health expert but I don’t think you’re supposed to do that... and then they forgot one of my shakes so I proceeded to ask for my missing shake and the man started to throw a blender into the sink and be rude to me and everyone in my car... they also didn’t give us straws so we went down the road to McDonald’s where they gladly gave us straws. I’ve never ever had such a horrible experience at a restaurant In my life I will not...

The number of times i have had a bad experience at this place is ridiculous. Today I ordered 2 small shakes. 1 mint the other being chocolate. I got, 1 mint shake that didnt taste like mint because they had put a banana in it and not to mention they filled 3/4 of the cup, I also got a chocolate shake in a medium cup filled 1/4 of the way. If this isn't enough for you, one of the people working there dropped an iced coffee all over the place while freaking out calling for help. If only someone else could have seen the stupidity of the 3 people working there. The man that took my orders was also laughing about 75% of the time messing around. All in all, the workers are awful 50% of the time and the only reason i gave 2 stars is because i have had at least 1 good experience here. DO NOT come here expecting...

Went through drive through- ordered two single scoops cups, a tradition on my wife’s and my date night. Got the order and drove down Hwy 14 getting it out as we drive, no spoons. Turn around drive back to the store- go inside where we are informed that you are out of spoons. My wife politely says “you might want to tell people that when they are in the drive through” and we get an eye roll and a very snarky “Okayyyyy”. Seriously- this isn’t that hard- you sell ice cream.
