If I could of given no stars I would of .. This use to be the place to go for Noodles but it's gone so far down hill I can't even begin to explain ... was there twice in a week hoping for a better experience but it was even worse .. the tables weren't being cleaned in even a timely manner on the first visit, it was dirty, the floor was disgusting .. on the second visit .. OMG is all I can say ... Nicole the manager was the only one at the registered.. would walk away and do other things instead of delegating out work ...no health precautions of gloves are worn, no hair nets, food was all over the cook tops, the counters and the floor, ice on the floor by the drink machine being a slip and fall hazard, napkins and trash littered the floor, ordering was haphazard as I've ever seen .. she would take orders here and there and the food would come out not in order.. people that ordered before us were still waiting when people that ordered after us had gotten their food... Some people were there on lunch and didn't even get to order (4 people in line to order and that was literally a 20 minute wait), others walked out vowing to never come back ... three people working the line and serving .. not their fault their manager is a VERY POOR LEADER ... This was a nice place .. food quality has gone down, cleanliness is an absolute failure and leadership and staff although are pleasant are not...
Read moreNoodles and Co is one of our favorite go-to late night orders. Lately it’s been non stop issues with this location. We’re either missing items or the food is wrong. There’s been 2 times I’ve paid extra to upgrade to zoodles and they never do it, I always get stuck with regular. Tonight we’re missing an entire meal. And their only answer ever is because it was ordered through Uber, they can’t do anything. I understand when it comes to refunds it’s paid through Uber. But make it right…. Take accountability and maybe train your employees better. I have worked in the service industry for over a decade and I NEVER complain. I get mistakes happen and I don’t mind. But when it’s non stop, every single order something is wrong, come on…. My receipt has 2/4 items marked off with a marker (usually done when checking the bag before sealing a to go order, as I’ve done as numerous bars and restaurants I’ve worked in)… the items they marked off, are the ones we didn’t receive!!!! The ones not marked off are the items I have?! It makes no sense at all. Uber only allows so many complaints before they won’t help you anymore. So here I am paying for food I didn’t receive because they couldn’t check the bag before sealing it…. Now I have dinner and my partner doesn’t, so we have to figure out dinner for him now while I sit here eating mine. Really...
Read moreIf I could give this restaurant a -100 I would do immediately. I typically don’t leave reviews, but this is the most disgusting meal I have ever had in my life. Not only did my dish have a absurd amount of sauce that overpowered everything else, but the vegetables were extremely soggy, I paid an extra few dollars for some vegetables, and the vegetables were unnoticeable maybe just because compared to the amount of tomatoes in the dish… I have never been so disgusted. I waited over 10 minutes for this order just for everything to be cold, as a pregnant woman I’m so offended and disgusted. What a waste of my time, energy, and money. If I get sick, you guys will know why I lost my baby. Because the food was so repulsive and maybe even under Don. The girl seemed as if it was the most difficult task of her life, I don’t know why restaurants Especially fast food or fast casual keep hiring incompetent children. Please do better noodles and company. When I lived in Chicago, I thought that noodles and companies all over.
