Conchita's # 2 — Restaurant in Cudahy

The food is authentic and delicious . When it’s busy they take a long time to bring the food out , but it’s worth the wait . I had an issue with the server because I left my sweater on a booth on a Friday . I called Saturday morning to ask them to save it for me and I told them that I would pick it up during the week . I went the following Friday and the server said a lady had thrown it away . I would understand if it had been over a month that I didn’t pick it up , but it had just been a week .

Super unprofessional, first of all what lady ? ( in Spanish she said Ella lo tiro ya no esta ) Who is Ella? The manager , the shift leader , the owner .

This reflects bad attitude from the whole staff . They have poor customer service skills. For this reason I will never be back again due to poor management system and...

-The service is always good, -The wait time is worth it, food is delicious, -Cut on the time of waiting by ordering ahead (by phone), I do and people look at me funny when I get served before they do,even though they been there waiting before me. -Real Salvadorean soup and food here, Sopa de Gallina con pollo. -The waiters are always happy and always talking to customers, making them feel welcome and at home, specially the regular ones, if you are not a regular please don't hate for the extra attention they might get. :-) become a regular yourself and be happy. -Only down thing I could think of, is that to use the bathroom, the waiter has to go outside with the key and open it for you, that puts more stress on the staff inside the restaurant. -Food is good, staff is good, what can I...

Worst service I felt unwelcome being my second visit to this place my family and I walked in and there was only one table available I asked the waitress if we could sit there and she said no because they were saving the table for a friend of the other waitress, I was shocked because as a customer im thinking they need me to consume its $$$ for their business right. So we got upset and just left. Now we decided to come back a third time because the kids wanted some pupusas and we were by the area so we came in the place was all full and nobody even noticed us and literally standing there in the middle of the restaurant im thinking at least the waitress will come over to me and tell me an approximate of a wait time but nope so we just left...
