7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Cullman

I love the coffee but the service isn’t worth it. I went in today there was no line one lane was open, the other had someone who was about to get their order I went behind the one car due to not wanting to have a conversation or watch people work because personally I find it awkward, to not hit the signs in the middle of the lanes, and since I was going right I figured I would stay on the right lane. I then was approached and lectured by a male worker stating “you could have picked that lane and had your coffee already” so I replied with my reasoning and got “whatever what do you want” I laughed it off but I know if it was someone else they wouldn’t have. I pulled up to the now EMPTY LANE. he walked away “you know what she can take your payment” pointing to the young woman next to the cart. She asked if he was rude I said yes but it was fine for now because I just wanted out. I gave her the tip since she was sweet and reassuring letting me know I can pick which lane I wanted. I wish there was a pickup option to avoid this level of bad customer service and the awkward drive thru because the coffee is actually good. In the end I could see his reasoning but if both lanes were about to be empty I feel like it didn’t matter which...

I got a suggestion for the owner - either give me a grease board, & a marker to place my order - or cut the friggin music down! I'm guessing this only happens when the boss is gone for the evening. Leaving the young ladies to close. My wife & I stopped in around 7pm to get coffee's last night The music was so loud - it sounded like a beach party at Lowes exit door. When we pulled up to place our order - 2 of the young ladies said, "huh" to us when we trying to converse with them! They couldn't hear us when were trying to place our order! Just an annoyance that can be easily resolved with the turn of the volume knob! My wife offered me a sip of her coffee and it was very good! Young lady was very polite and helpful (what we could hear). Glad they are here - and I love the location. Definitely...

I was so excited for seven to open. They’ve been open for a couple weeks. I waited for them to open so I can stop going to Starbucks because I would always get rude service. The service here is immaculate. They’re always so nice. Their hospitality is on key and their drinks are always very quick now I will say I do not like coffee. I had Covid so it messed up my taste buds, but their chai super good. now I do wish they had more menu items just for those that don’t drink coffee, but I’m not gonna really complain on that because it’s a personal preference but love it here service is great atmosphere is great. Definitely will be continuing coming back!! great job...
