so...we were greeted with a welcome and the person behind the counter tried to sell us a dessert because today is the last day for that particular one...

NOW...upon opening the door we had to contend with three young people hanging around the inside...as we waited for food I noticed the same three young people at the drive through, the driver pulled way past the window and backed up (playing) so the backseat passenger could get food...upon retrieving their food they came back inside and hung around the counter talking loudly and talking to the employees, being silly...one asked for a sauce cup and proceeded to fill it repeatedly with fountain drink complete with straw...when I asked who was in charge the person at the counter said "not me really"...proceeded to ask me did I want to speak to the mgr I replied no, what is the name...after a few moments of odd silence he replied "I drew a blank"...

The chicken was hot and seemed fresh but the fries were cool and had been on the plate a bit longer...toast was stale and chewy...the best part of the experience was the honey mustard sauce...

We love this place! We have only been a handful of times but every time our food is so hot when we get it and our order is always correct. (doesn’t seem like a big deal but everywhere else screws up your order occasionally whereas they consistently get it right). The food is absolutely delicious & they don’t skimp on the sides; our boxes always have tons of fries. This place is pretty pricey and as much as I would love it to be cheaper, it’s still worth it. The people that work there have always been friendly and on top of things!! Actually got my parents hooked on this place too. Spend the extra money every now and then because it’s totally worth it! The food last time i went 3 days ago was delicious and improved massively, compared to when it first opened. However the freshness and taste is right, but the price is all wrong. 35.99 for 20 chicken tenders no sides. The same deal with sides will put you in the mid 40s. Even if you consider freshness and taste to value, you are in fair estimate geting burned 12-13 dollars, the 10 pc 7- 8 $, the ones with sides are worse due the fact that you put most of your sides that are unique to your chain as a premium side. And a family meal with 12 tenders a few sides and the amount of sauce in it that will barely feed 2 adults and a child if you split 10 for 5 for 2 adults 2 for the child even with sides not any good value at that pice point. Your prices need to come down. Other than that your on the right track. You dont need to charge so much to keep it delicious ...
