Honestly, one star is too much for this place. Don't bother calling. They won't answer. Doesn't matter whether they are busy or not. The last of multiples times that I tried this, I tried calling them from across the road while I was wrapping up grocery shopping to place an order. 7 times within 30 minutes. The drive thru was empty when I drove by the first time, and when I arrived. When I got to the drive-thru I sat there for 5 minutes, no one came to the window. Parked, went inside, and there were three employees, two of which (an old heifer and middle aged fella) were bickering back and forth about who-knows-what. The other one was MAYBE 17, apologized because he was only three days into the job, and proceeded to take my order. After he told me they couldn't (wouldn't?) make the cheese bread, I asked for a regular supreme pizza. He asked the heifer in the back, and she said 20 minutes. Again, I was the only person for a while, but for a single pizza... 20 minutes. I walked out, went to Buffalo Wild Wings, and got much better food, for the same wait. As mentioned, hope you don't have a craving for cheese bread. They're always out, and refuse to make any. Other than the boy referenced above, most every time that I've been to this place, it's been operated by the lowest class women, who make it obvious that they don't care...about anything. To be NICE, they are rude, slovenly, etc.
You can look at my review history and see, I very RARELY leave reviews like this. If it's not a positive experience, or something that is particularly bad, I leave it alone. But this is the norm at this location, over the course of months, and I'm done with it. Hopefully, this is read either by a potential-customer, and provides them a red flag to steer clear, or reaches the person who owns the place if they are interested in running a decent and respectable establishment. The Little Caesar's in Warrior and Gardendale is head and shoulders above this sorry excuse...
Read moreThe last time we ordered in advance. When we got there they said it would 5 or 10 minutes. We waited for over an hour. I finally went inside and they said "oh it was down here. Nobody told me. Do you want us to make you some fresh ones?" I said, "so you can make me wait another hour? Just give me the pizzas." They didn't offer a discount or anything. Since it is closer than on 157, and it had been a while, I figured I'd give them one more chance. So we went by there tonight and went through the drive through. I asked if they had 2 extra most bestest. They said they didn't have anything ready. No regular pepperoni, no extra most bestest...nothing. So much for hot and ready. This location is the WORST I've ever been to. They are never prepared EVER for anyone with anything. Even at 6 pm...the dinner rush. Don't waste your time with this place. If I could give it negative stars I would. They need new management and...

Tonight, a young male employee told me he couldn't make crazy bread extra crazy. I explained that its always been done and how they do this - he rolled eyes, walked away. Brought my online order out.
I drive off, checking food for accuracy and realized that there wasn't any parmesan cheese on either order. So I politely walking in, requested to have more added. He proceeded to tell me it'll be a $1.50 charge. I said we'll this has never occurred before and packets are free. After a 3 minute argument back and him stating he'll be fired and suddenly couldn't charge me- I left.
Got home, soggy bread, pizza crust tasted like cinnamon. This is the last time I'll spend my money here. I recommend driving to the...
