Today, I visited the establishment and usually, I prefer using the kiosk to place my order, avoiding any inconvenience for the staff. However, this time, my ticket didn't print, so I approached the front counter where I witnessed a concerning interaction. A younger employee, possibly in need of guidance, asked a woman named Paula if she should assist me, but Paula completely ignored her. After waiting for about five minutes, Paula finally acknowledged me, but without any greeting. I informed her of the issue with the kiosk and provided my order number. When I handed her a $100 bill for payment, she took it without a word and disappeared, leaving me unsure of what was happening. After a 15-minute wait, she returned with my change, abruptly handing it over without informing me of the total or acknowledging my presence. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also uncomfortable for me and other customers witnessing it. It's disheartening to hear that Paula, who I later learned is the general manager, has a reputation for rudeness and creating a toxic work environment. Her attitude towards customers and employees alike is unacceptable, as evidenced by her dismissive demeanor and lack of basic courtesy. Actions like slamming meals onto the counter and cutting off customers mid-sentence demonstrate a complete disregard for professionalism and customer service. It's concerning that someone with such poor interpersonal skills is still employed here, as her behavior is driving both customers and...
Read moreWe go to McDonald’s often due to my children loving Happy Meals, and working such late hours. I always let things go or make excuses, and I get that you try to close up when it’s an hour away from closing time. But nothing excuses how cold, old, and hard the fries were. I thought my son was exaggerating, till I bit down and it literally hurt my tooth! We had a large fry, medium fry, and two kids meal fries and they were all exactly the same. Try explaining to a 3 and 4 year old that you can’t fix their fries, and that you can’t go back and change them. We work late hours, so everything else is closed usually. And if this was a one time thing I would have let it go, but this continues to happen. I use to work at McDonalds so I know there is a timer for fries, if they aren’t used within that time frame you dump them. I also know there is a timer while cooking them, and if they burn you are suppose to dump them. So for the employees to ignore both of these, allow someone to pay for them, knowing there are 2 happy meals listed… I get how stressful it can be, but there was only one other car in the drive thru line. Now I have two very upset babies who barely ate their chicken nuggets, cause they were so cold, and no fries at all because they were...
Read moreThis might be the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. They are so constantly bad we stopped going to this location permanently. Cold soggy fries or they taste like the fries are yesterdays leftovers. I've never had an non-crispy Mcnugget...until I ate here and it wasn't just one time either. You want something special order? Well forget about that here. You want sauce with your nuggets that you ordered 10 seconds ago? Nope not getting it. Do you want to wait in line at lunch or dinner time thinking because it's so busy you'll get fresh food? Think again. Do you want items left of your order or incorrectly made? Then this is your place.
I'm amazed people still go to this location and that it's always so busy. This one needs new owners and staff. It's so bad! Just bad! I don't understand how it's so consistent at being terrible. You would think that by accident you could hit it at the right time and get halfway decent McDonalds quality food. Again you'd be wrong. The last fries I got tasted old and fresh somehow. They were warm for the first few fries on top and then I got some that were so cold and old. Like they had a container of fries that were cooked at 10:30 and left them on the counter until I came at 2:00 and then threw a few hot...
