Purchased the exact same footlong with avocado 3 days earlier from another location paid $3.20 less for the sandwich and $0.10 less for the avocado than today. In addition purchased a dozen cookies was charged $0.39 more for the cookies. My final total was $7.69 more than 3 days ago. I'm going to quit going to Subway because their prices differ at every different location than what the app specifies. I always order the same items. SMH!! Only compliment is to the sandwich maker today, he made an excellent sandwich and wasn't skimpy on any item I asked for. If I knew his name, I would definitely give him a shout out. Thank you for a filling footlong, we definitely enjoyed it.
Update to the manager whom replied to my review. Was unable to respond to your reply, so I added this update answering the questions you asked...no my purchases were at three separate Subway locations. The location I'm referring to in my review was the Culver City location on Jefferson and Cato believe that's the cross street. The Subway is located near Ross, Burger King and Target is nearby. I ordered 01/05/2025 at 6:40 PM ($9.18: ORDER # 17BCF23B-31). Whichever employee(s) are working during that shift NEED to be RETRAINED. First off, NO ONE answers the phone at this time. I called earlier to edit my order via my app. No answer. Afterwards I picked up my order, mentioning to the sole male employee there "you really oughta answer your phone, please." He gave an odd excuse about not being aware of a phone or something. Upon coming home (miles away) and opening my bag I noticed they did NOT include an item on my order. I called to get alert them/get a refund. But, still, no answer. So, now I need to call again tomorrow (since the store closes in about 10 minutes) or revisit the store IN-PERSON to try to get a refund on an item I never received. (TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY - they didn't even fulfill my special request to toast my bread)....
