I placed the order from the chipotle app to be ready @ 6:40pm. I got in the drive thru lane at that time and waited 15 min with 4 other cars. No one even came to the window to acknowledge us. After waiting 15 min I parked and went in the store. I walked up to the girl making the orders and asked her if my order was ready, she looked at me and promptly walked away totally ignoring me and three other people. I had to ask three more times to get her attention. After the third time she looked on the shelf and basically just tossed the bag at me. I live 5 min away from the store and when I got home the bowl I ordered was ice cold, mainly due to the fact my order was on the shelf for at least 20 min before I recieved it. So after working 13hrs today I had to leave my house to get something to eat somewhere else. I get they might be busy or short handed but at least acknowledge people waiting in line. I'll probably go out of my way to go to another location from now on.
So first review was from a year ago, I mistakenly decided to try this location again.
Ordered a Brisket bowl with white rice, queso, green salsa and corn salsa. Got home and it was only rice and queso. The queso was so hard and dried it was a shell on top of the rice. Rice was stale, I took one bite and had to throw it away. I paid $15 for a bowl of rice and queso. Totally unaccessible and pathetic. Not the first time I've had this issue with this store. Shouldn't have to pay for a bowl I had to throw away because your employee can't read an order correctly. I guess from now on I'll have to go inside and watch them make it then get it to go or just not return to this location.
STAY AWAY FROM LOCATION...
Read moreJust keep driving and go to Moe's one light up. This place has gone straight to the Shtter. Waited in line for 30 min with line out the door while one extremely unhappy employee sluggishly waited on one lady and another female worked the drive through, mind you there were no cars in the drive through, she just made some busy work and acted like she didn't see the long line. Another male employee swept the floor and never looked up. Then out pops 4 employees from the back who talked to each other and made sure they had something to do other than serve the customers and take orders. I ordered the burrito which they did not heat up the wrap so it split and tore when I tried to eat it. Almost all the food trays were empty so I was served a half spoon full of beans even though I asked for no rice. As you can see from the imaes, the food service station was in complete disaster and all the toppings were mixed and dripped into each other. Noone was cleaning the eating area so it was also filthy and people were cleaning their own tables. Time for a food service inspection as whoever is managing this dump should be fired and return to working in a tire shop not in the food Industry. The completely disgruntled unhappy employee that was working the line eventually ended up on the cab register and never said a word to us just begrudgingly shoved our tray at us. How fast this...
Read moreWas super excited that this new location was opening. Unfortunately, it doesn’t currently measure up to the Chipotle standard. During our visit, everyone on the line was a young teenager that had no idea what they were doing. Had no idea how to make a burrito. Zero consistency in portion sizes. One burrito would come through the size of a loaf of bread (that was the guy behind us), while my son’s was the size of a taco. A $9 burrito the same size as what I could have bought next door at Taco Bell for $1.
I don’t blame the kids, there was no proper management in place, and they are obviously putting inexperienced kids on the line with completely inadequate training. Not the way to make a good first impression. The reason I gave two stars, as opposed to 1, is that the quality of what food we did get was good and up to their standards. There just wasn’t much of it.
The kids were nice, but it was like social hour for them. Laughing and giggling at silly high school stuff, while customers were standing their waiting and waiting for someone to figure out how to roll a burrito. Unprofessional, but again, the kids don’t know any better because there was no mature, experienced person guiding them. The owners/leaders of this location need to take some quick lessons from a Chick-fil-A or I fear that they are going to seriously alienate some...
