Got in and were seated and we got straight to work. We started with the Lucknow Galwati Kabab, a melt-in-your-mouth delicacy packed with spices and cooked to perfection--a true testament to Lucknow's culinary heritage. The Tandoori Paneer Tikka was smoky, tender, and seasoned beautifully, while the Reshmi Kabab lived up to its name with a velvety texture and mild, aromatic flavors. The Chicken Boti Kabab offered a deliciously spiced bite with juicy, succulent chicken pieces, and the Tandoori Fish Tikka was another standout, with a perfectly charred exterior and flaky, flavorful fish.
For vegetarian dishes, the Palak Paneer was rich and creamy, with perfectly cooked spinach and soft paneer chunks. The table service, led by Bhupender and Mahender, was impeccable. They were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was perfect throughout our meal. Their efforts truly made our visit special.
