W XYZ Cupertino Bar — Restaurant in Cupertino

The bar is located inside the Aloft Cupertino. One walks straight into it from the hotel entrance. There's lots of comfortable barstool seating along the bar top. Then there's sit-down sofas around and a pool table. For the sports fans, there are a couple of TVs tuned to different events. Feel like some fresh air and you can step into the patio as well. Companies can host private events here easily. The selection of drinks is phenomenal and the bar tender super knowledgeable and friendly. Peanut-based snacks are served gratis with drink orders. Small food menu is offered including samosas, tacos and fries. Pricing is decent, sometimes guests of the hotel receive free drink passes upon checkin. I stay at Aloft often and end up at the bar for a nightcap and small snack. Great...

It has potential to be a cool spot, but… maybe they’re in a funk.

Pros: Fun decor, better than most bars in the area. Variety of seating options, inside and outside, and a pool table. The bartender was friendly and gave the right amount of attention. Some interesting cocktails on the menu.

Cons: Drinks were a bit overpriced for the quality. Despite numerous things on the food menu, the only items available were the pizzas and dietary restrictions were not listed or mentioned as accommodated.

I had seen in a previous google review that this bar used to have a “Sassy Hour” (happy hour) but it doesn’t seem to be available anymore?
