It started out great & ended up bad so I guess that warrants a mid rating. Pros: beautiful, clean, gender neutral restrooms, easy parking, easy booking online. Super nice helped me charge my phone & offered drink. Mani pedi looked beautiful. Spa rocks were nice. Cons: WAY pricier than my usual spot- I figured it’s ok I’ll splurge. But 4 days after my dip mani- polish on an entire nail popped off. This was a huge issue as I had an important event to attend in So. Cal & had to pay another salon to fix it b4 my work party. I emailed OMG to complain & they immediately offered to fix which I appreciated- but I couldn’t return for a couple weeks as I was traveling- a week later another entire polish on 1 nail broke off. I finally was able to return & I could not believe that I was treated like a huge nuisance. Was told it’s too late for repair & I should pay for a new mani- why would I do that when I got bad quality one already. So I said ok fine just remove the old messed up dip mani I don’t want anything else. They acted all suspicious like accusing me the color of my nails was not the work they did & was this another salons work. Excuse me why would I be here w 2 messed up nails if I had had the chance to be re done elsewhere?! And my dip mani usually still look great 2 weeks out and this one was 2 ruined nails ( to my nail techs credit 1 hand still looked perfect but the other was SO bad) Hate writing negative reviews but I spent hella $ here & expected more...

I came in for a gel x refill, but Jessica pushed for Acrylic refill. I said no and clarified once again that I wanted a gel x refill. She then proceeded to remove my gel polish and overfiled in her rush, burning two of my fingers in the process. She then applied acrylic anyways (she later explained it’s bc she likes it better since lasts longer) and I only noticed when the two fingers she overfilled started burning like hell – I was paying attention to my pedicure since the older woman also was applying thick uneven coats and had to redo them.
Jessica tried to brush it off explaining that this happens to most of her clients – major red flag by the way. I’ve had my nails done countless times in the last decade and have never had my nails burn like this. She said it’d go away in 5 or 15 minutes and put a fan on it. While it helped a little, it was still burning like hell as she proceeded so I had to stick my hand under cold water a few times to calm it down. It eventually settled maybe 20 min in and luckily didn’t burn much under the uv.
All and all a very unpleasant experience, which is unfortunate given...
Read moreI’m honestly so disappointed I went in with high expectations based on the good reviews. But during the process I was already starting to feel uncomfortable as my nails started burning midway through the filing and that’s never happened before. Also I got charged 90 DOLLARS for a fill on my natural nail length with a few French tips and simple designs. For 90 dollars I’d at least expect better quality but the first time one of the stickers started peeling and even now it’s peeling again after I went to go get it fixed for a second time. I’ve been to so many salons and even private nails techs that have done much more complicated designs and lengths but never have I been charged this unreasonable amount. I was respectful the entire time but when I went the second time 2 of the ladies were questioning on why I didn’t immediately say something about the price if I was worried about it in a very rude manner. Like excuse me I have work too I was in a rush to leave I didn’t check the price in the moment. Based on my experience I would...
