Pinky Nail Spa — Local services in Cupertino

I came here for the first time 7-8 years ago to try acrylic nails. And I came back a few days ago, after moving away and trying all these different nail places, Pinky Nail Spa is still my favorite. The customer service is warm to say the least, I know everyone experience other people differently, but “respectful”would be accurate to my experience. I did acrylic gel nails for my hands. The shapes are perfect - which is something the technician and I worked through to figure out because all I knew was the “almond shape”, but I actually like it more rounded. And the color, I wanted something that would last and not get boring. So I went with some sparkles. But because it was too sheer, the technician then patiently worked with me to find out the base color to go with the sparkling polish as top coats. She even went the length to help me pick out which shade of white goes well with it. (Made me think of picking out wedding dress or wall papers. Ha) I’m in love with the nails, I came home and fine tuned the shape a little bit for my comfort. But my experience at Pinky Nail was just 11/10....

Worse nail salon ever. They told me they would be able to style my nails how I wanted. None of the lines were straight, extremely bubbly and cuticles still on and poorly “cut off”—- my manicure has bubbles! They were unwilling to fix this in the salon and had no problem taking my money. I felt they had taken advantage of me and didn’t conduct themselves properly with hands down the worst manicure of my life. Will never come back. Don’t go. Over priced and...

I like Pinky Nails! The salon is always clean and relaxing, and the staff is friendly. They pay great attention to detail, and my nails always look perfect. Last time, I wasn’t happy with how one of the staff did my nails, so today I had the chance to speak with the owner—she was so kind and welcoming, and personally fixed everything for me.
